Hi, my name is Sushmita Suresh Naragund. Recently, I sent [redacted] euros to Rajiv Joshi via MoneyGram in Stuttgart, Germany at 11:05 am. However, I later discovered that he is a fraud pretending to be an Indian embassy employee. I have reported this incident to the police station located at Theodor-Heuss-Straße 11, [redacted] Stuttgart under case number "ST/[redacted]/22". Can you please help by blocking the amount if possible? If not, providing details about the receiver, such as identification information, location of money received, and time of collection, would greatly assist the ongoing police investigation. Good morning, my name is Osla Debra Hamilton. I am from the island of St. Vincent and the Grenadines. I regularly receive money through MoneyGram. On Tuesday, May 31st, my son-in-law in Anguilla sent me money for a doctor's appointment as I am feeling unwell. However, when I went to collect it, I was surprised to find out that I was blocked. MoneyGram is the preferred money transfer service my sister and other relatives in Canada use, especially during the Christmas season. I would like to understand why I was blocked and kindly request to be unblocked as I urgently need this rectified. My MoneyGram transfer to South Africa was declined. When I contacted MoneyGram, I was informed that I needed the error code number, which the post office did not provide after three failed attempts to send money. I am frustrated by these recent experiences with the post office not giving me essential information for my transactions. On a recent visit, I was informed I could not send money because I did not provide the recipient's mobile number, a requirement I had not encountered in previous transactions. Even after correcting this, my transfer was still not processed. I completed a survey rating my dissatisfaction, but the system cut me off after multiple attempts. This lack of communication and technical issues have left me unable to send birthday money to my family, causing distress. I urge MoneyGram to improve its service to prevent similar incidents in the future.

On September 10, [redacted], I traveled [redacted] miles to buy a truck but found it had brake issues, making it undriveable back home. The seller and I agreed on a $2,[redacted] price. I paid a $[redacted] cash down payment, and he promised to fix the brakes within two weeks. When I inquired after two weeks, he said the truck wasn't ready. We then agreed I'd send five $[redacted] money orders using MoneyGram from three separate Kwik Trip stores for shipping. Despite my efforts to communicate and arrange everything, the seller stopped responding. Twelve days later, he returned all money orders with no explanation, even the $[redacted] down payment one made out in my name. Kwik Trip directed me to call a number, but I couldn't reach anyone. I seek guidance on how to refund the money orders. I possess all purchase receipts connected to the money orders. Thank you, Mark.

I went to a Moneygram outlet in Mandeville, Manchester, but was told the funds were sent back to the United States. I am expecting a MoneyGram transfer of $4,[redacted] from Kelvin Giggs in Gonaives, Haiti, to Fran Hopkinson in Peterborough, ON. The money order fee has been covered, and all necessary paperwork has been completed. However, before the transaction can proceed, an extra $83.50 is required for Taxes and VAT fees, which Mr. Giggs cannot pay in cash and wishes to pay using his bank account. I am in need of speaking with a live customer service representative over the phone to address this matter promptly.

While I was at the bank withdrawing money from my account, a man approached me asking for help cashing a $[redacted] money order as he had just arrived in town and needed the cash. I deposited the money order into my account and gave him the cash. To my surprise, I discovered my account was in the negatives the next day. When I contacted the bank, they informed me they couldn't assist and suggested going to MoneyGram to resolve the issue. Since I don't know the man personally, I am unable to reach out to him directly to address the situation. I am unsure of what steps to take next, so any advice would be greatly appreciated.
