I've been attempting to submit a 79th wedding anniversary announcement for my parents to be featured on the Today show. Unfortunately, I have been unable to locate where I can send the information. I have completed the form and got a photo prepared for the occasion, as the anniversary is on November 21st. It would mean a lot for my parents to receive this recognition. I am writing to report unauthorized charges on my debit card to Peacock TV. I believe my card was mistakenly charged for two Peacock TV Premium accounts that do not belong to me - CDA34 and 851D7. Although I had briefly used the free Peacock service in the past, I never subscribed to any premium accounts. When I tried to log in to the website using my email, it treated me like a member and sent a password reset link. However, the account had no personal information or payment details. I am puzzled as to how my card got charged in this situation. I am seeking a refund of $9.98 for the unauthorized transactions and request that my card details be removed from any associated accounts. I am experiencing ongoing issues with the NBC app on my Amazon Fire TV device. The problems often occur after advertisements, where the app gets stuck and I need to exit and re-enter it. Sometimes, after ads, it switches to a different town and state instead of my local channel. Additionally, during live reports or when transitioning to news segments, the app can freeze and not return to the broadcast without a restart. Recently, I have encountered an issue where there is no sound at all. Despite the app updating several times automatically, these problems persist. While other apps function well, the NBC app, which I primarily use for about 90% of my viewing, presents these frustrating challenges.

I need assistance with a concerning situation. After receiving negative Covid-19 results from a hospital, a follow-up test at another hospital revealed a positive result only a few hours later. In November, I bought a Hisense Android TV with Chromecast. There was a promotion for a 6-month free trial of Peacock that I attempted to redeem twice on my TV, but it did not work either time, and now the offer is gone. I would appreciate the chance to make use of this offer. I entered all my details accurately and clicked on subscribe twice, believing I had signed up for the free premium service. However, when I tried to watch a show, it was still locked.

Upon reviewing my bank statement, I noticed an unauthorized charge of $5.46 from NBC Peacock New York-New York on February 14, [redacted]. I did not authorize this payment as I do not watch Peacock TV. As a cancer patient spending most of my time in the hospital, my funds are crucial for medical expenses. I kindly request a refund in the amount of $5.46 back to my bank account. Going forward, I do not wish to incur any additional charges from Peacock in BC New York-New York. I had no problem speaking to a live person when I signed up and paid, but for over a month, the TV I watch has not been working correctly. Can I please get some help? I have tried calling in when instructed but keep getting put on hold for over an hour, then transferred multiple times until the call disconnects. This lack of customer service is unacceptable for the upgraded version I am paying for. I will dispute this with my bank and report to the FCC if this issue is not resolved promptly. I would like to address the way he describes average Americans. His choice of words comes across as insensitive, slanderous, and arrogant. It is concerning to label individuals who engage in critical thinking as extremists, cult members, or even terrorists in training. As a 62-year-old registered nurse, I find his portrayal troubling. I believe it would be beneficial to bring a more realistic and inclusive perspective to his show.

I recently canceled my Peacock subscription after the trial period, but I continued to be charged $4.99. Each time I tried to contact customer service, the chat was either abruptly terminated by them or a bot. After my fourth attempt, I finally managed to cancel successfully. I now seek a refund for the erroneous charges on my credit card. I tried emailing the address provided on the Peacock website, but it returned as "unknown". I have attached the transcript of my latest interaction, which exemplifies my ongoing struggles with canceling the subscription and the frustrating customer service experiences. When will Days of Our Lives end? It used to be an enjoyable soap, but now the plot twists are too unrealistic. Bringing back characters long presumed dead, improbable romances between long-standing characters and much younger individuals, and the repetitive use of secret dungeons have made the show less engaging. The exaggerated kissing scenes also make it unbearable to watch. The show needs to either improve or come to an end as the fantasy elements are becoming too overwhelming for me to continue watching.

I'm having an issue on my new computer while trying to access videos or articles on the MSNBC News website. An intrusive pop-up from Ad Blocker Plus, powered by Admiral, keeps appearing, asking me to disable any ad blocker on my computer to view advertisements. Despite not having any ad blockers installed and being unable to disable one if I wanted to, this persistent pop-up continues to disrupt my viewing experience on MSNBC, my go-to news source. It's frustrating and feels like an intrusion on my computer. I can access MSNBC without this issue on my older computer, but my new one is plagued by this troublesome pop-up. I signed up for Peacock's $19.99 offer, expecting to watch The French Open, only to realize I needed to add sports to view it. The coverage was not as comprehensive as I hoped, with important rounds missing. I then upgraded to get rid of commercials, another unexpected cost. I am disappointed with the service and want a full refund. If not provided, I will dispute the charge with my credit card company. Dealing with the lack of customer support has been frustrating. It feels like a shell game.
