The issue in GetHuman-mesenchu's own words
I was playing my * clients during a clan raid (im the lowest level out of all ****), something called "uploader" loaded on my computer and crashed all * clients. Had to restart my computer just to reload the game. Thought nothing of it and moved on. Next day I go to log in and poof my accounts are locked. Emailed appeal and was shut down - extremely little response (thank goodness I didn't buy vip* yet). Got no help*support so I finally gave in and made two new accounts, and started over. Got to level ** and logged out, come back next day and one of two accounts locked. Again no to little support claiming I was using programs again (again, never used ANY programs).**Now, I cannot make any additional accounts to continue playing. Been playing Lineage * since Beta - and even played Beta on original Lineage. I've always have been a supporter and never used programs, never bought adena or bought accounts.. I've always grinded for the LITTLE things I work for...**I would love to have my accounts back and have someone please scan my computer and tell me what is triggering your security network. I am consenting to any remote access*remote scans possible. **Please can someone contact me
