***************Hello net**. On **-**-** I purchase a pin through pinz**, pin number **************. When I tried to add it to the phone it would not accept the pin. I was told with the phone being a *g that you no longer supported the phone and I could not add airtime. I contacted pinzoo and ask for a refund. We have been going back and forth from that date until now. I received an email today from pinzoo and this is what they said. According to Net**'s records, the PIN code was redeemed to your Net ** phone number which is why we are unable to process the refund. The phone number at the time was ***-***-**** and the airtime was never added. Can you help me??
