I keep phoning *-***-***-**** . . While waiting get a busy signal. Then hangs up repeatedly. I am about to cancel my service with you.*When the automated man cones on asks foe mt serial number OR SIM number. When I put the SIM number in he then says not the right serial number. WELL NO KIDDING! It's a SIM number.
