My old phone was dropped into water...No longer works...I ordered a new phone from net ** and it arrived today..I am an existing customer and refilled my plan recently and I also bought an extra ** d*llar refill with the new phone...How do I activate the new phone...My old phone does not work and I rarely use google so I have about ** google passwords and none works...Everytime I do have anything to do with google I have to get a new password...Old phone not working to get conformation code and cannot get a new google password...So now what???????
