I had a fraud issue a few weeks ago and spoke to an agent to resolve it. Which it was. I was also getting lots of fees for auto charges from a couple of places that I had stopped but the attempt to charge continued and caused HUNDREDS of dollars in fees. **At the time of the fraud incident, they canceled my debit card and refunded some fees. I asked for all transactions unless through new debit card to please be put on stop or denied. Well, that didn’t happen because I have acquired yet again hundreds of dollars in fees over the last two weeks from payment attempts. I can’t even track what’s what to contact the companies again because it doesn’t show me. **I switched banks a couple months ago and kept this one open for emergency purposes but canceled all reoccurring payments and it seems that hasn’t happened. I would like fees refunded for one, and two I want to remove the co signed on the account. It has caused a serious financial burden from these fees as then it comes out of another checking account and*or I have to deposit money to bring it back positive. I have spoken to you guys multiple times about this and nothing is changing.
