My debit card was charged for a month of Netflix and I never started an account with my debit card. My wife has an active Netflix account and pays with her debit card not mine. My card was charged **.** and I didn't authorize that payment. If you could please look into this problem and refund my money and cancel whatever account is open with my debit card I would greatly appreciate it. Thank you in advance.

I called Netflix and talked to a customer service representative. I wasn't even put on hold and I was able to have the account disabled, got a refund, and also had my card blocked from further Netflix purchases.
