I subscribed to Netflix last Sept. **, **** and have been watching movies since then but after several days something went wrong with my WiFi so I had it fixed but I could no longer be connected with Netflix. I was trying several time to unsubscribe to Netflix using a new password because I forgot the password I used then but I could not proceed because Netflix is requiring me to subscribed again for another plan. I wish to unsubscribe or to cancel my first subscription before I subscribe for a new plan. I’m afraid paying for two subscriptions when in fact I’m using only one. Please terminate my subscription I entered on September. ** which is already being collected or billed through my credit card.
