I’ve called OnStar to get help with a account issue due to me getting billed on the same date for Roadside services and AT&T internet. The representative explain that they don’t do that due to the start dates of the services. I calked What can be canceled to start making the payments on the same date. He began to become irate.. I asked To speak to a manager , he said that a manager wasn’t available at the time , the cancellation department was closed, basically summed up that nobody couldn’t help me. The Rep attempted to mute the phone but didn’t , he marked me an spoke into his language about the phone call. I’m a valuable customer of OnStar and i felt like I wasn’t treat like a customer. I’ve worked into Customer Service for many years so I know How things work and today’s phone call was out of line and disrespectful.
