Had E Mail $*** to upgrade Navigation. It went away before I could read and address. Called customer service to ask what E Mail was about. Took * agents to get my question answered. One rude agent hung up on me. Agents struggled with English and sounded like they were reading from a script. Spend a lot of money to drive a Cadillac and have Onstar. Deserve better than this poor service.
GetHuman-bobbeth did not yet indicate what OnStar should do to make this right.

Ended up talking to four rude people, one even hung up on me. After about a hour on the phone ** was able to answer my question. I spend a lot of money to drive a Cadillac and have OnStar expect courteous knowledgeable service. The people I dealt with sounded like they were reading a script with a foreign dialect. Could not answer my question but did a nice job reading the script. Sad. The question I ask involved a e mail I was sent about $*** to up grade navigation. Every one insisted it was not $*** but was $*** but they would make concession for me and only charge me $***. Later I found the e mail later and the offer was $***. Suggest you change the script to $*** makes you look like a crook. Destroys your credibility for $** Cadillac should be better than this. No excuse for hanging up on me because I was upset with poor customer service. Thanks in advance for your prompt reply.
