At 12:30 a.m., I received a message stating that Opodo debited 64 euros from my account, which is ILLEGAL. We trusted the company with our card details, only to have our money taken. I urgently need my funds returned. My name is Mikhail Konovalchik, and you already have my card information. If my money is not refunded promptly, legal action will follow. Good evening, Last year, I purchased a flight ticket from Casablanca to New York through Oppodo. However, a month later, I was surprised to see a $50 deduction from my bank account by them. I am unsure of the reason for this charge, and I am concerned that it may occur annually. I am seeking assistance in removing this automatic withdrawal option from my Oppodo account, as I cannot locate any settings to disable future deductions from my bank account. I am looking to cancel my flight to Marrakech due to the recent earthquake in Morocco. I have been struggling to get in touch with Opodo to manage my booking. I tried calling, using the chatbot, and emailing without any success. My flight is with Tap Portugal, and the situation is the same when I tried to cancel directly with them. I even attempted to contact Manchester Airport, where my journey is scheduled to start, via Lisbon. I just need to cancel my flight, which should be a simple process. Hello, I've been attempting to reach Opodo regarding my flight that was canceled a month ago. I am still waiting for my refund. When I called them, I was informed about needing a Prime account, which I don't have. Can you provide assistance with my refund status? Canceling the trial was challenging, and despite trying to call, I was unsuccessful. Subsequently, a pending transaction appeared on my account. Following my bank's recommendation, I am reaching out to resolve this with you promptly to halt the payment and ensure a refund is processed. The night prior to my flight, I received an email from SWISS informing me of the cancellation. They proposed an alternative flight that did not meet my needs. I reached out to Swiss requesting a refund, which they confirmed without issue. They explained that since the ticket was not directly purchased by me but through OPODO, the refund would have to be issued to OPODO. Please refund me for the cancelled flight on 19/09/[redacted] with reference LV8O5F (flight LX [redacted] + LX [redacted]). The OPODO booking number is [redacted]1.

Hello, I am requesting to change the date of my reservation [redacted]3 from October 1 to October 2 for the 7 AM flight. The new flight does not have baggage included, so I am inquiring about how and when to add the baggage. I am interested in understanding the pricing differences between the original and new tickets; ideally, I would like to add the baggage while rebooking to keep the prices as similar as possible. I booked a return flight to Lanzarote on August 25th through Opodo for December 21st to 28th. The outbound was with Ryanair and the inbound was with Jet2. Opodo emailed the next day to say Ryanair's flight was declined, so I cancelled the Jet2 flight. After speaking with Opodo, they assured me I would be refunded for the Jet2 flight first and then the Ryanair flight. I received an email confirming the Jet2 refund to my credit card. Despite several follow-ups, I have not received the Ryanair refund of £[redacted]. I have called them multiple times, but I still haven't received any confirmation email. Please assist me with this matter.

Dear All, I am reaching out about order number [redacted]7. I contacted customer service the evening before my flight to cancel, but was informed I could only change the reservation date. Despite being initially told it would cost 10 euros, ultimately I was quoted over [redacted] euros. I clarified my desire to cancel without incurring fees due to health reasons I previously discussed. The agent adjusted the reservation date, then canceled and assured me a refund. I have received an email confirming my refund for the canceled flight, yet a pending charge still shows on my card for the rescheduled flight. I made an additional baggage payment for my return trip from London (LHR) to Amsterdam (AMS) to Lagos (LOS) through Opodo with booking reference [redacted]6 and airline booking reference VZ6BMI. Despite confirming the extra baggage check-in at LHR with KLM staff, I encountered issues upon arrival at Lagos as they claimed I hadn't purchased the allowance. Good morning, I noticed a charge of £60 from my account labeled Opodo Prime Gibral. I did not make any flight bookings with you. I'm concerned about the unauthorized use of my account and how my details were accessed. I had used Opodo for travel outside the UK last year, but this recent charge was not authorized by me. I was charged twice when I signed up for the loyalty program. The charges were made to two different email addresses: [redacted] and [redacted], both from the same bank account. The dates of the payments were on September 20th. I have attempted to reach out via email with no response and have also tried calling multiple times. The reference codes for the transactions are PO[redacted][redacted] and PO[redacted][redacted], processed by the Bank of Piraeus. Hello, My name is Julie Refauvelet, and I made a flight ticket booking on September 12, [redacted]. Today, on October 25, [redacted], I noticed a direct debit from Opodo Prime for 84.99 Euros on October 12, [redacted], with the description "Vehicle, driver." I never signed up for this service or booked a car or chauffeur. I am requesting a refund and to cancel my Opodo Prime membership. My flight reservation number is [redacted]6 for a trip from Brussels to Sevilla on 21.11 and a return flight on 27.11.[redacted]. The outbound flight is with Ryanair, and they require prior online identity verification because I booked through a third party. However, their online verification tool is not working for me, both the Express and Standard options have issues. 1. Can I complete the identity verification on the day of the flight? 2.
