I had a flight to Munich on 19/07/23 at 06:20 am that got cancelled. I received an email stating that there were no alternatives, so I purchased another ticket. When I arrived at the airport, some staff were able to put me on another flight to Munich. I tried to cancel the new booking I made due to the initial cancellation, but the airline did not receive the booking in time. Therefore, I am struggling to cancel the flight. I paid [redacted]€ for the new ticket, which I shouldn't have had to do if proper information was provided in advance. Please inform me if you require any documentation from my end. Subject: Issue with Membership Cancellation and Refund Request Hello Opodo, Last year, I had a full annual membership that I hardly utilized. Despite informing your customer service team of my desire to cancel this subscription, I was assured no further payments would be deducted. However, due to not canceling during my trial period, I was told I would be charged for the yearly subscription from July [redacted] to [redacted]. I agreed to this, but I am now dismayed to see that another payment has been taken even after requesting a cancellation last year. I am confused about the recent charge of £59.99 on my credit card ending in 03. I have not made any purchases from your company or subscribed to Opodo. Despite my attempts to reach someone for clarification, I have been unsuccessful. Both my email and the fraud team's attempts to contact you have failed, adding to my distress. I am seeking an explanation for the charge as I remain unaware of the reason behind it. Your prompt attention to this matter would be greatly appreciated.

I recently changed my flight with your company. I got an email two days ago mentioning that my request was being processed, but I haven't received any further updates. My original flight was on August 5th, but I rescheduled it to July 29th, and I'm unsure about the status of my booking. I am extremely dissatisfied with the service provided. As a Prime member, I tried to change my departure date by making an additional payment online but was directed to a phone number in London instead. Why isn't it possible to resolve this issue online, avoiding expensive international calls? Furthermore, it was challenging to understand the English of the customer service representatives. To make matters worse, I now have to pay [redacted] Euros to change my ticket for August 10th instead of July 26th. I intend to warn others against using your services as this experience has been awful and demonstrates a lack of client care.

Hello, BOOKING REFERENCE: [redacted]4 PNR: GFK8N6 I encountered an issue with my luggage during check-in. Even though I had booked 20 kg of luggage, it did not reflect in the system, and I was charged an extra 40.00 euros. I tried calling your customer service but was unsuccessful as I kept getting redirected. Eventually, I was provided a Hamburg number that was not helpful. The staff member mentioned that since I booked with a budget airline, they couldn't assist. I am requesting a refund of the 40.00 euros. Hello, I bought 2 tickets from Opodo yesterday, but I haven't received any booking confirmation via email at [redacted] They charged my card without providing the tickets. The flight details are as follows: - 11/08/[redacted] Larnaka-Tbilisi at 15:40-18:40 for PAVEL DOMOTSEV and NINA DOMOTSEVA, totaling [redacted].53. Payment was made on 26/07/[redacted] at 09:50 am. Please confirm if the transaction was declined by Opodo and initiate a refund to my card. My bank informed me that the funds were transferred to Opodo already and they require this email to stop the transaction. I urgently need to rebook the tickets but cannot do so as my funds are held up. Thank you for your prompt attention to this matter.

I made a flight reservation with Easyjet on July 26th. However, this morning I received a confirmation from Opodo indicating a seat booking with them for the same date. Despite receiving two messages from Opodo asking to confirm my Easyjet reservation, I did not respond as I believed my seat was secured with Easyjet. To my surprise, Opodo charged £71 to my credit card. I am feeling confused about the situation. At 82 years of age, I am looking forward to visiting my children in England before volunteering in Uganda in September. I cannot bear the cost of double booking, so I need assurance that my journey from Stansted to Glasgow on Thursday, August 17th is confirmed with only one booking.

I experienced an issue with Opodo regarding my Easyjet booking on July 26th. Despite booking directly with EasyJet and disregarding Opodo's advertisements, I received multiple emails from Opodo requesting flight confirmation, which I did not provide. Today, I opened an email from Opodo titled 'Confirm your booking,' to inform them of my direct booking with EasyJet. However, I discovered that Opodo charged £71+ to my credit card, likely obtaining my details from EasyJet. As an 82-year-old, I find it confusing to navigate through pop-up advertisements. I seek assurance of securing one seat on the flight and being charged only once.

I recently made a flight booking on the EasyJet website, only to discover that Opodo subsequently arranged a second flight for me without my consent. I prefer to book directly with the airline and now find myself in a frustrating situation. Opodo has charged me for this additional flight, and unfortunately, I have been unable to reach them to address the issue. I urgently need them to cancel this booking and refund my money, as I have already paid for my original flight. Despite receiving emails prompting me to confirm this second booking dated 26th July, I did not respond as I had already secured my travel plans with EasyJet.

I am attempting to book a ticket from Heathrow to Lagos for a trip in January [redacted]. I have chosen Premium Economy class, with Virgin for the outbound leg and Air France for the return journey. I managed to select my seats for the Air France flight but was unable to do so for the Virgin flight as they appeared to be unavailable. I tried to contact customer service but was prompted for a booking reference, which I have not received yet. My main concern is how I can select my seats on the Virgin flight, as I prefer the right-hand side window seats. I am also unsure how to ensure I have secured my preferred seats on Virgin before the flight date. I was in the middle of calling for assistance when the call ended prematurely while I was entering my card details. Thank you for your help.

Your site is not clear, we receive numerous emails after a purchase on your site... everything is set up for this to happen... I was debited €74.99 from my PayPal account for Opodo Prime, even though I cancelled my membership last summer. I believe this is unauthorized, and I request a refund. Good afternoon, I booked a flight from Johannesburg to London on October 24 at 21:20 on BA flight [redacted] as part of a multiple booking. I purchased two booking tickets from your company: [redacted]7. The full ticket price was debited from my bank card. However, in your letter, it stated that ticket issuance would take 24 hours. Typically, ticket purchase confirmation from the airline is received within 5-10 minutes by email. After 24 hours, I contacted your company to inquire about my tickets, but I was informed there were no tickets issued, and I have not been refunded the ticket cost. The tickets were available on the Ryanair website on August 24th and 23rd. I took a screenshot showing the ticket price was 2 euros more than what I paid your company. I am giving you until August 25th at 5:00 p.m. to resolve this ticket issue. If not resolved by then, I will need to purchase new tickets and take further legal actions. Can you also provide details about the hotel in Berlin that your company is offering since I am aware I currently do not have a valid ticket.

I was trying to book an EasyJet flight directly, but Opodo interfered with my booking process, and I ended up having to use their services. After completing the booking, I cancelled my Opodo Prime membership, but they still charged me. Despite reaching out to EasyJet without success, my credit card company informed me that they disputed the charge successfully last week. Unfortunately, today Opodo has attempted to bill me for the annual fee again. At 82 years old, I feel frustrated being targeted by such scams. I believe there should be legal protections against these practices.

I kindly request that you resolve this as soon as possible as I urgently need to travel on that day, with the primary concern being my boarding pass. If this issue is not promptly addressed, I will have to involve my lawyer not only for a refund but also for any damages caused by this mistake. Hello, I purchased a ticket from your company a month ago. Recently, I noticed a charge of 65€ deducted from my bank account without my authorization. I did not sign up for Opodo Prime, as I only bought tickets once. This incident feels like a scam to me. I have been a frequent traveler and customer of your services without encountering this issue previously. I am perplexed as to how and when I granted permission for this charge and why money was withdrawn from my account without my consent. When purchasing tickets, I did not authorize any additional deductions.
