My internet*tv continue to go out everyday, I have tried to contact optimum tech support everyday to no avail. Your message prompt says everyday there is an outage in my area. This is a lie! It is impossible to get a person on the phone!!! Call back and please fix this inconvenient and inexcusable problem. I do not pay $*** per month for this horrible service!!!
