Hi, I recently purchased a £** top up on a pay as you go phone to which I have had for years. Although the payment was successful at the retailer end the top up has not registered on the phone. The top was made on Christmas eve. Usually the top up comes through straight away but to date still has not come through. Any advice please. Kind regards M Richardson
