As a loyal customer for more than a decade, I am facing issues with my phone service provider. I've been unsuccessful in reaching them as all calls lead to a busy signal and recorded messages. This sudden communication breakdown has severely impacted my business operations, which heavily rely on their services. Despite the lack of response, it seems they are still billing me. After several days of failed attempts to contact them, it appears as if they have abruptly ceased operations without any prior notice. The uncertainty and continued billing are causing frustration and inconvenience.
