Sir gud am we just paid * mos. acct. in liue to your request that we have an unsettled account for * mos. Then services was resumed but it was only a matter of days. Please re check our connection we did not receive services prior to Christmas and to the current.

GetHuman5679177 did not yet indicate what PLDT should do to make this right.
