I requested the closure of my PayPal account around 2 years ago and believed it had been done per my request. I recently received a notification in my Gmail about an unauthorized purchase of $[redacted].14. I haven't contacted PayPal since my initial request. I want the unauthorized purchase to be canceled, the non-existent account balance to be transferred to my SDCCU credit union account, and for all accounts linked to my email or name to be terminated immediately.

I believe someone unlawfully took photos of me without my knowledge, leading to years of distress. Law enforcement took a while to take action, assuming I had a stalker due to the situation. This individual even tampered with my friends' phones, causing confusion and distress. The gravity of these actions has deeply affected my sense of safety and privacy. I am seeking understanding from authorities and online platforms like PayPal to ensure I am not wrongly accused of any wrongdoing. This experience has been traumatic, and I am trying to heal and move forward despite the lingering effects of cyberstalking and invasion of privacy.

Yesterday my personal account was transitioned from being solely linked to my bank account in Qatar to encountering an identity verification issue with PayPal. I received a notification stating that due to regulatory requirements, I needed to confirm my identity to continue using my account fully. Despite submitting the required documents, my account remains blocked. I urgently require access to make payments for personal purchases, although my account was never intended for business use. I provided my business registration materials for my BVI-based business along with my personal identification documents. I kindly request for my account to be unblocked promptly.

I recently created a new business account with PayPal as I already had a Personal account. After confirming my address, I received an email stating that I can no longer do business with PayPal due to alleged fraudulent activity (REF ID-PP-L-[redacted]49). I encountered issues with my PayPal account. I was prompted to change my password and received seven security codes, none of which worked. I bought an IMS 6.6 Tan fuel tank for my motorcycle for $[redacted].10. The seller claimed to have it in stock but did not. Upon realizing this, I requested a refund. Now he claims he refunded me on the same day he charged me. I can provide my bank statement as proof. I just want my money back from this seller so I can buy the tank elsewhere. I purchased tattoo equipment and chose not to use PayPal due to past problems. The funds were deducted from my bank account, but I have not received the items yet. The transaction is still pending, although it was expected to arrive on Saturday. I possess the confirmation number. If you are able to provide an email with shipment details and a confirmed delivery date, please send it. Otherwise, I kindly request a refund to my bank account. Thank you.

I received a refund for an item via PayPal, but it's scheduled to be available on May 11, causing inconvenience for me as I need the funds urgently. I've had some disruptions in my daily routine and need this matter resolved promptly. I have already communicated with the sender about it, but they mentioned they can't cancel or speed up the refund process. I would appreciate receiving my response in French. My issue dates back to April 8, [redacted]. I have contacted Customer Service and all available services on PayPal because I am unable to use my card for online purchases. Despite speaking with a software engineer, the issue persists. Every time I try to use PayPal, a window for sending money appears and remains on the screen since April 8th. This issue occurs even after I closed my accounts with Capital One and switched to CIBC Bank. Each time I attempt to enter my new CIBC card details, the problem resurfaces. I have explained this frustrating situation to numerous representatives, but no one has been able to assist me. A supervisor named Lina was supposed to call me back last week, but I was not home to receive the call, and she never followed up.

I want to ensure full control over my PayPal account. I recently sold something and received payment through PayPal for one of the first times. The buyer mentioned that the money would be deposited directly into my bank account once they received it. I prefer to have the funds remain in my PayPal account for me to manage as needed. I am uneasy about any automatic transfers that may occur. Can I be assured that my money will not be moved without my consent? Last month, I noticed a negative balance in my PayPal account that required payment to resolve, so I promptly made the payment. Upon investigating, I discovered that the discrepancy was related to a payment to WPX service. However, even though I paid PayPal, the funds didn't reach WPX. Now, this month, the same issue has arisen again with my PayPal account showing a negative balance for the WPX amount. I have proof of payment to both PayPal and WPX. I'm confused as to why this is happening, as I don't have a recurring payment set up specifically for WPX through PayPal. I usually pay WPX upon receiving an invoice, sometimes using a credit card or the cards linked to my PayPal account. I don't want to double pay the same amount. I'm seeking clarification on why my PayPal balance is negative and assistance in avoiding duplicate payments.

Hello, I recently made a purchase on ColemanIreland.ie for a book priced at €29 using Paypal. Unfortunately, I realized that the payment was linked to an old debit card ending in [redacted], with the full 16 digit number being 4[redacted] 1[redacted], which is no longer valid. My ULSTER Bank App shows the pending payment, but I'm certain it won't go through on the outdated card. I plan to contact my bank to clarify the situation. I am having trouble receiving my verification code. I successfully logged into my account on April 28 and May 16 using my correct phone number. However, yesterday, an extra 0 was added to my phone number, and now I am unable to receive the verification code. My correct phone number for the account is +63 [redacted], but it has been changed to +63 0[redacted]. I need to update my phone number, but I am unable to log in. I have contacted the helpline and spoken to an agent twice, but both times I have been redirected to a robot that promptly ended the call.

I attempted to send money to someone, but when I entered their phone number, the system prompted me to verify my account with my phone number. However, despite multiple attempts, it would not accept my phone number format, preventing me from completing the transaction. The only option to input the number is by directly typing the digits.

I received a message from a potential buyer interested in purchasing my item for sale. We corresponded for a few days, agreeing to use PayPal due to their online banking issues. Upon their request, I created a PayPal account and was informed to send the item to a specific address. After checking my email, I saw a message from PayPal regarding a pending payment. Following instructions, I sent the parcel tracking number. PayPal assured me that once the item was delivered, the funds would be released into my account. I recently changed banks and updated my information on my profile. When I tried to link my new bank account and debit card, I received an error message prompting me to contact customer service for further assistance. After reaching out, I explained that I don't use online banking apps and therefore couldn't access the confirmation code. Despite providing both the old and new information, I was informed that my phone was not the correct one linked to the account. Frustrated by this, I called my bank's [redacted] number to sort it out. I hope PayPal can help me get this confirmation code issue resolved soon.
