I have sent multiple emails inquiring about the company that offered a gift card for subscribing to the paper, but I have not received a single response. Since I subscribed, I have only received three papers, none of which had any coupons inside. I would like to cancel my subscription and have the remaining funds refunded to me. I previously called about this issue once, and since then, I have not received any more papers. Meanwhile, my neighbors all receive their papers. My mother, who is on hospice, and I, a disabled individual with a disabled grandson, find dealing with this additional problem to be quite burdensome. Please instruct the delivery person to either deliver the papers consistently or cancel the subscription. I am disappointed with the lack of customer service from companies that fail to prioritize a canceled subscription. Kindly provide me with the name of the company that made the promotional offer so I can address this matter. It is disheartening to be misled by such practices. Please refund the remaining balance and proceed with canceling my subscription due to the minimal number of papers received without any coupons. This entire experience has been very disappointing.

After using this website, my newspapers were still soaking wet this weekend. Despite connecting with an employee who provided me with dates and amounts, I never received information about the company running the promotion. It's frustrating because even though the newspaper isn't responsible for the promised promotions, they connect you directly to the company offering them. It feels like a bait and switch tactic. Now, I'm left having to beg to find out the company behind the promo because no one is responding to my inquiries. The lack of communication and the difficulty in getting a company name and contact information has led to my decision to cancel my subscription. If a company can't be contacted regarding a promotion offered for subscribing, they shouldn't be allowed to run it. Unfortunately, my attempts to reach out have been met with silence.

I did not receive today's newspaper (7/26/[redacted]) and would appreciate a morning delivery, please. This is becoming a frequent occurrence, unfortunately. Equally frustrating is the inconsistent placement of the paper upon delivery. We have consistently asked for it to be left in the driveway beside the house, where our previous carrier used to leave it. However, it now shows up randomly in the front yard, in the bushes, or occasionally on the doorstep. Our preferred spot is still the driveway. Thank you for your attention and have a wonderful day!

This morning, around 10:30-10:45 am, at American Arriving Terminal C, a passenger experienced a suspected cardiac arrest at baggage claim area G. Witnessing the distressing situation unfold, it was alarming that no immediate assistance was available to help the individual and their family. Despite my friend seeking help at the American Airlines counter, no support was provided, and there was a lack of emergency personnel on site. Fortunately, other passengers, possibly with medical or nursing backgrounds, stepped in to administer CPR and make efforts to revive the passenger. I observed the event and took several photos to highlight the need for improvement in such emergency responses. It serves as a reminder that such incidents could affect anyone, underscoring the importance of having individuals willing to assist like the Good Samaritans who came forward. My thoughts are with the passenger, and I hope that necessary actions will be taken to address such situations more effectively in the future.

Lately, I have been very unsatisfied with the delivery service for my daily Inquirer. This Wednesday, my paper got wet in one bag during heavy rain, making it unreadable. Then on Friday, I found my paper in a recycling collector's box by chance. Today, to my surprise, I received the Wall Street Journal instead of my Inquirer. I've been trying to contact customer service for half an hour but keep getting a busy signal. The online application is also extremely frustrating. Sometimes the login doesn't even show up, and once I'm in, there's no way to log out. I have reported these issues multiple times. I usually like to read my hard copy newspaper with my morning coffee, but this ongoing problem is starting to ruin my mornings.

I have been trying to address an ongoing issue with the newspaper delivery service since the end of May. The delivery person's behavior is unacceptable. Instead of placing the paper near my townhouse, he recklessly throws it from his car onto the common ground, leaving it wet and unreadable. Despite my repeated complaints, the newspaper company has failed to resolve the problem. On one occasion, the delivery person inconvenienced workers at my property. I have asked for a different delivery person, but to no avail. Should I escalate this matter to the news stations or seek legal advice?

I recently received a letter notifying me of a rate increase effective October 1, [redacted]. I noticed on your website that you are offering a Sunday-only subscription for $1.14. My subscription is paid up until December 19, [redacted], but I was informed that it would be adjusted until the end of October, [redacted]. I find this unfair considering the period you have already held my payment. I wish to continue my subscription; a friend recently renewed hers for $29.75 for 26 weeks. I believe I should remain paid up until December 19, [redacted], and request the same subscription as my friend. Thank you for your attention to this matter. I've been attempting to contact you by phone for several days, but can only reach a busy signal when inquiring about a customer representative. Thank you.

For the past three weeks, I have not received my newspaper on Sunday mornings, which is frustrating. When calling customer service, all I get is an unhelpful automated system. Last week, after waiting on the line for over 15 minutes, I finally spoke to an agent at 10:09. I requested the missing papers to be removed from my bill as I had to purchase them elsewhere. Around 1:30, a paper was found in my driveway, hours after I needed it. I prefer to read it when I wake up, not in the afternoon. I have been a subscriber for over 20 years, but lately, the service quality has declined while the prices have increased. I am contemplating canceling my subscription, but the challenge lies in getting through to customer service representatives over the phone.

I have been a loyal customer for more than 20 years. My address for the last decade has been [redacted] Calvert Street, Philadelphia. I have encountered several issues this summer with not receiving the Saturday portion of my paper. Despite calling three times last weekend - twice on Sunday and once on Monday - to request the missing Saturday issue, it was never delivered. To my disappointment, the same situation happened again yesterday. After contacting customer service, I was met with a rude response, with the promise that a supervisor would review the situation, yet I still did not receive my paper. This ongoing problem has led me to decide to cancel my subscription. It is frustrating to faithfully pay for a service and not receive what is promised. Unfortunately, after many years as a customer, I feel compelled to terminate my subscription due to the poor service.

I am once again disappointed as my Inquirer Sunday section failed to be delivered. Despite calling the automated line at 9 am, by 11:45, I am still without my paper. After attempting to reach Customer Service, enduring a 26-minute hold only to be disconnected, my frustration grows with the consistency of delivery issues. I recall being assured a credit previously for this recurring problem, yet my account was charged in full, leaving me uncertain about any credit applied. Despite contemplating canceling today, the recent payment deduction holds me back. Additionally, receiving the "Saturday" section on Thursday night, a first with previous delivery persons, raises concerns. Here's hoping my Sunday paper arrives as expected today.

I'm facing a serious issue with the voter registration system in Pennsylvania and it's causing me distress. At 64 years old, I have diligently voted in every national election. Having recently moved from New Jersey to Pennsylvania on September 26th, I visited PennDOT Station [redacted] on October 11th to get my Pennsylvania driver's license. During this process, I agreed to register to vote and completed the necessary steps as guided by the staff there. They assured me that I was successfully registered. However, my husband discovered today that our voter registration is in fact invalid since November 9th. I feel deeply disenfranchised and outraged by this mistake. I am determined to address this issue by contacting local and state legislators to rectify this serious error in Pennsylvania's voter registration system.

Our paper wasn't delivered today, which happens frequently with our carrier arriving very late. This morning, as I was outside with my dog, our carrier gave papers to neighbors across the street but skipped our house, passing by around 10am. I expected a return but it never happened. This is not the first time she missed us; it also occurred last week. I contacted customer service and was only offered tomorrow's delivery, but we prefer a credit as we seek reliable and timely service. We wish to receive the paper on the correct day, ideally around 5:30 or 6 during the week and by 8 on weekends, for a better reading experience.

I contacted you last week regarding constantly receiving a wet newspaper and warned that another issue would lead me to cancel my subscription. This morning, I woke up to find that my newspaper wasn't delivered at all! I've been a loyal subscriber since [redacted], but your delivery service has been consistently disappointing. The lack of proper protection from the rain results in soaked newspapers every time. I'm fed up and have decided to switch to the Courier-Post, which covers South Jersey more extensively and is more affordable. Please cancel my subscription immediately and refund my credit card for the remaining unused issues (paid up to January/February [redacted]). The only regret I have about this change is that my Inquirer carrier will likely be relieved to no longer receive complaints about wet newspapers from me.

We did not receive our Saturday paper on time. It arrived late the following morning, without the Sunday paper. When we called, the Sunday paper was eventually delivered late Sunday afternoon. No paper arrived on Monday, even after we called and were promised one. Tuesday also went without a paper, despite assurance of delivery after an early morning call. Although a credit was given, the recurring issues with delivery are frustrating. Promises of manager callbacks on both Monday and Tuesday went unfulfilled. Delivery consistently occurs late over the weekend, affecting us and our neighbors in Foxfield at Naamans Creek. If this ongoing problem persists, we may not renew our subscription in February. My brother-in-law faced similar delays with his Sunday paper, receiving it late in the evening.

Dear Concerned Reader, I have been attempting, without success for more than four weeks, to have the Sunday Inquirer delivered to my Pennsylvania residence, but the paper has yet to arrive. I have been a loyal subscriber for over 35 years. Normally, I switch the delivery location to my New Jersey home in the summer and back to Pennsylvania in the fall. I requested the switch back to Pennsylvania on 10/23/18, and I am still waiting for the Sunday paper. Despite contacting customer service six times and speaking with Jamal Goodman, the district manager, four times, the issue has not been resolved as promised. I urgently seek a response and a prompt resolution to this ongoing problem. Regards, Judy McCintick, a dissatisfied customer from Ardmore

I did not receive my Sunday paper again. I called customer service and spoke with the same unhelpful woman named Jackie as I did two weeks ago. Unfortunately, she did not provide her last name. The paper was guaranteed to be delivered by 8 am, but by 10 am, I still had not received it. I was promised a call back from the district manager Brian O’Keefe two weeks ago, but I am still waiting. I simply want my paper on time without having to constantly follow up. I understand the challenges of the job, but her attitude is unacceptable. It would be appreciated if someone could address this issue promptly. Thank you. - D.S.

I am frustrated and disappointed with the recent delivery mishap of my Sunday Inquirer. On 12/30, I received the news section dated correctly, but the comics/ads/coupons were dated 12/23 - a week old. I called to report the issue and was promised a re-delivery on Monday or Tuesday, which never happened. After reaching out again on Wednesday, I have yet to receive the missing section. The coupons are important to me, and I feel like I am missing out on potential savings. Despite the offer of credit, it doesn't make up for the value I lose with the coupons. I rely on the Sunday paper for this content, and the ongoing lack of resolution is frustrating. I would appreciate help in obtaining the missing coupon section from 12/30 either by printing it or mailing it to me. Thank you for your assistance. - L. Swanson

I have been a subscriber since [redacted], and the current Inquirer delivery service is the worst I have experienced. In the past 11 days, I did not receive the newspaper three times last week and my papers were soaking wet yesterday and today. Despite requests, the carrier refuses to double bag the paper on rainy days, resulting in missed deliveries. It is frustrating to constantly be promised another paper only to receive none. The lack of a backup plan for sick carriers is unacceptable. I have canceled my subscription before due to poor service, and unless improvements are made, I will be ending my subscription for good this time. A reliable carrier is needed for this route.

I did not receive my newspaper today. I have already been issued a credit for the missed delivery. This situation made me reflect on how much better the deliveries have been since Kapri started as our delivery driver. Unfortunately, she informed me this morning that she got injured and a substitute would be delivering in her place. Usually, when there is a substitute, I do not receive my newspaper. Before Kapri, the delivery service was inconsistent. I am reaching out to express my appreciation for Kapri. She is consistently early, accommodating my mobility challenges by placing the paper in the driveway instead of on the grass, and she even double-wraps it to protect it from wet conditions. It's clear she genuinely cares about her job and her customers, a rare quality nowadays. I wanted to highlight what a valuable asset she is and I hope you recognize her dedication. I am a strong supporter of physical newspapers like Local Press as they are essential for a thriving democracy. People like Kapri not only deliver the news but also exceptional service, contributing to the success of your business. I urge you to acknowledge her hard work. Best regards, L.M.

I have encountered a recurring issue with missed home newspaper deliveries, happening once or occasionally twice a week. I have been a loyal subscriber for a long time. If the Inquirer is not delivered by 8:30 am on weekdays, I have to purchase a paper elsewhere. On weekends, we wait until 10 am. While I understand occasional mistakes can happen, receiving incorrect deliveries 4 or more times a month is excessive. This situation is frustrating, especially with the added expense of buying a paper after missed deliveries. In the past, we had reliable carriers; unfortunately, it seems that lately, this reliability has declined. I hope that my complaint prompts the necessary action to address and resolve these delivery issues. Thank you. - T.C. of [redacted] Marshall Drive, West Chester, PA, Acct. #[redacted]9
