The issue in GetHuman-deathpic's own words
My account was recently suspended for chargeback. I have and had full consent from the owner of the payment methods, who is my parental guardian and grandmother. The suspension of my account is a misunderstanding on all aspects. I also cannot access certain apps and games that I paid in full with my own money. I ask kindly for my account suspension to be revoked. Please. I can even have the owner of the payment methods speak in my defense.
I just want my account back with the payment methods deleted.
I have been a customer and fan of Sony my entire life, being ** years. I have owned a multitude and variety of consoles including everything from the ps* and up. Every transaction made on my account was either made with my own money or permission from my guardian, being my grandmother. There was a misunderstanding with the last transactions made.
I have tried multiple times to contact someone in a position to help me at Sony. I have gotten absolutely no help. I wasn't even given a warning for the suspension. I have talked to the payment method owner who claim it was also a misunderstanding. They are not sure how to help as the suspension appears to be "permanent".
