My account was recently banned for chargeback even though the owner of the payment methods gave me full permission to use them. The suspension of my account prevents me from using any internet related features including games and apps that I have paid in full, using my own money. The payment methods belong to one of my parental guardians. This account suspension is a misunderstanding and I ask kindly for my account back. If needed, the owner of the payment methods can speak in my defense. I also feel that I should have been given a warning.
GetHuman-deathpic did not yet indicate what Playstation should do to make this right.
