Yesterday, on Saturday, 4/11/[redacted], I received an email informing me that my account had been permanently suspended. I was unaware of this as I had let a friend use my account to play. A few hours later, I discovered I was logged out of PSN and when I tried to sign back in, I was informed of the suspension for violating policies. Upon reviewing my messages, I realized my friend had been swearing at another person, breaking the rules. I apologize for his actions. I have been a PlayStation player since I was fourteen, starting with PlayStation two, and my account is valuable to me, worth around six hundred dollars. I am requesting a warning or to be unbanned. These past few days have been difficult; my friends believe I'm depressed when, in truth, I am not.

My account has been permanently suspended due to a hack that made unauthorized charges on my credit cards for several games. Despite contacting my credit card companies to dispute the charges, I have been unable to regain access to my account. The hackers seem to have changed my sign-in details as my old ones are no longer working. I have tried to recover my account by changing my password and using my email address, to no avail. I am unable to access the games I purchased and log into PSN. I have already gone through customer support channels without success, and tech support does not assist with suspended accounts. I would greatly appreciate speaking with a human representative about this matter. Thank you for any assistance you can provide.

My crew in GTA Online, named Pirates Revenge, is facing harassment from another crew named Sons of Liberty, and we suspect they may be cheating or hacking. I tried contacting Rockstar via email and Twitter, reported and blocked the players, set all my settings to private, and still the harassment continues. One player, Mr_liberty_SLMC, is sexually harassing me, and another player, cornbread1995, is also involved. Despite all precautions, they keep joining our lobby. This has been ongoing for two weeks and is becoming unbearable.

I am reaching out regarding an unauthorized purchase made through the Sony PlayStation Store on 4/11-12/[redacted]. I want to clarify that I DID NOT make or authorize this purchase; I was asleep in bed when the transaction occurred on Apr 12, [redacted], at 23:43:30 PDT. The Sony Order Number is: [redacted]06, and the Paypal Order Number is: [redacted]6B[redacted]8. The purchase was for the "eFootball PES [redacted] Season Update Edition (Game)" from Iran for a PlayStation 4. I reside in North Carolina, United States, and have never been to Iran, nor do I have any intention of going as it is known for terrorism. I am not a fan of sports, except for chess and women's gymnastics. I own a PlayStation 3 and have never owned a PlayStation 4 or 5. It seems my account was compromised by someone in Iran. I am disputing the charge as I did not make or authorize it. I have tried to contact Sony, but their customer service seems challenging to reach.

I received an email last night informing me that 2-Step Verification has been activated on my PlayStation account, even though I was not online at 2 am and did not request it. I am now locked out of my account and unable to access it. The email provides instructions on how to sign in using a verification code either through text message or an authenticator app. It also mentions backup codes in case I do not have access to my phone. Additionally, there are steps to sign in on PS3, PSVita, or PSP using a Device Setup Password. The email concludes with links for support, terms of use, and privacy policy.

Hello Support Team, I’m experiencing a unique issue with my PlayStation 4. Regardless of the game I play, severe lag occurs. Despite attempting various suggested fixes without success, I remain troubled. Actions taken include: - Restarting PS4 - Updating system software - Rebuilding database - Initializing PS4 - Reinstalling system software - Reinstalling multiple games - Using a USB external hard disk drive with 2 games, lag persists My PlayStation connects to a Verizon Fios network extender, consistently reaching speeds over [redacted] MBPS for downloads and high uploads, solely utilized by me. Even testing Wi-Fi, with fast speeds exceeding 40+ MBPS, proves futile. Determined to identify the root cause, seeking further troubleshooting guidance. Grateful for any assistance on this matter. Hello, I am encountering difficulty accessing my PlayStation account due to an issue with the 2-step verification system. I activated this security feature when I first created the account four years ago and have been seamlessly using it until recently. However, I am now locked out because I no longer have the backup codes and my paired phone for verification is unavailable. Although I still have access to my email, it has not been helpful in resolving the issue. The phone number associated with the account has been reassigned, and the current owner is not cooperating in providing me with the necessary code. I am at a loss for solutions and have not been able to find direct customer support from PlayStation in Europe. I have been informed that my account was suspended due to a chargeback/dispute I raised regarding a virtual currency purchase in NBA 2K21. When I attempted to buy the virtual currency, I received an error message stating "Transaction Canceled." Despite this, I later noticed that both the supposedly canceled transaction and the subsequent one went through. I reached out to the support team twice but did not receive any response. Feeling misled, I contacted my bank to dispute the charge. I would appreciate it if my account could be unsuspended as I value my experience with Sony after transitioning from Microsoft. Several months ago, I attended a party and encountered a streamer who harassed and threatened me. He claimed to have obtained a new PC Tablet that I had seen for sale recently, and he used this to intimidate me. When I expressed disinterest due to financial constraints, he threatened to hack my account and divulged personal information about it. Despite my attempts to explain, I was immediately and unfairly banned without a chance to defend myself. Contacting PlayStation Support has been challenging, as the service I received was hindered by a language barrier. After being rudely disconnected when seeking a manager, I have been unable to resolve the issue. I hope to have my account reinstated so I can access the games and content I have invested significant time and money in, as gaming has been a critical outlet for me due to my lifelong struggle with ASD. I request fair treatment and understanding in this matter.

Hello. I received a ban due to using inappropriate language during an argument with another player. The PlayStation Network report system seems flawed as it allowed me to report the other player after my ban was lifted. Upon reporting them for their offensive language, when my ban ended and I refrained from messaging anyone, I was surprised to find out that my account was permanently banned for violating the code of conduct once again. This is confusing as I hadn't engaged in any misconduct. I am a PlayStation Plus member with many games purchased through the PlayStation Store. My account was suspended without justification, and I am unable to get an explanation for this drastic action. I am seeking guidance on how to address this situation to achieve a fair resolution and receive justice. Your advice on how to proceed would be greatly appreciated.

A few days ago, I discovered an email indicating that my PSN sign-in ID (email) was altered, but I did not make this change. The email showed a location and time of 04/11/[redacted] 10:40 PM GMT, in Riyadh Riyadh Region Saudi Arabia, on a PS4 console. I do not reside in Saudi Arabia; I am located in North Carolina. It appears that my account has been compromised, as someone may have accessed it and changed the sign-in ID. I am seeking assistance to regain control of my account. On 4/9/[redacted], I received a text on my phone with a verification code for my Sony account - [redacted]. Neither I nor my son requested this code. I discovered four unauthorized transactions totaling $99.60 on the same day. My son couldn't have made these purchases as I had taken his PS4 away on 4/6/[redacted] when we were out of town. I contacted Paypal, and they advised me to reach out to Sony due to our agreement. Despite numerous attempts to call, I haven't been able to speak to anyone at Sony. I also tried changing the account password to give my son access to the PS4, but I'm not receiving the necessary emails to reset it. Paypal informed me that my account is compromised. Hello. I am Josef V. from the Czech Republic. Today is my birthday, and my brother in Scotland kindly bought me a gift code with his Scottish credit card. He sent me the code via email, but unfortunately, when I tried to redeem it on my Czech Playstation account, it showed an error stating the code is not usable in my region. It's worth mentioning that my brother also gifted me the Playstation console, which he bought in the UK and had it delivered to me in the Czech Republic. Is there any possible solution to use this code, or was the birthday gift wasted? Your assistance is greatly appreciated.

I am inquiring about the recent ban on my PSN account. I have not been on PlayStation all week and was surprised to see my account banned for alleged violations of the terms of service. My sign-in ID is KingD*****@***.com. I would appreciate it if you could investigate this issue and lift the ban on my account. I have been a loyal customer for many years, having joined in **** when the PS* was launched, and played games like Fifa ** and Fifa **. I encountered an issue signing into PSN. Unfortunately, my account has been banned, allegedly for violating the terms of service and user agreement, which I have not done since I haven't used PlayStation all week. I am puzzled about why this happened and would appreciate the ban to be lifted. My sign-in ID is best**********@gmail.com. It is disheartening not to know the reason for the ban, considering my long-standing loyalty to PlayStation since ****. I remember starting with PS* when it was only * years old, playing FIFA ** and FIFA **. I just turned on my PS* since Sunday, and it was already banned, much to my surprise. After the system update, I lost access to my PlayStation Plus account for a year which I purchased on April 3rd. Unfortunately, my PlayStation network isn't functioning, and I couldn't log in to my original account "WhiteRosefire." I had to create a new account using the same email, [redacted] I believe my old account may have been deleted. I kindly request to transfer my PlayStation Plus subscription to my new account to restore my access. Thank you.

I've been struggling to log into my PlayStation account as none of the passwords I know seem to work. Despite multiple attempts to reset my password, I never received the reset email. The PlayStation website's bot couldn't recognize my username and email. However, I haven't made any changes to my credentials recently, according to my email history, which indicated a password change that I don't recall. It appears my account may have been compromised, but I can't seem to find assistance on this issue.

After logging into my account on the new PS4, I tried to purchase digital games like Tony Hawk's Pro Skater and Modern Warfare using my PayPal account. However, I kept getting an error code "E-[redacted]A" whenever I tried to make a purchase. I even tried using my credit card instead of PayPal, but the same error persisted. I checked the PlayStation website for information on this error code, but it wasn't recognized. With local video game stores closing permanently due to the pandemic, digital purchases are my only option, so this issue is really frustrating. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
