Esta compañía tiene una política muy estricta con la recuperación de cuentas y si algo es diferente, entonces no puede recuperar la cuenta. Hello I've been on to my online banking and I have noticed you have taken £** out of my account on the **th of November and I don't know why also it has been done with my new card details which I also don't know how you have got that ?? I have never paid any money to you before and want to know why this has happened I've been intouch with my bank and they told me to contact you so you can resolve this problem I await your answer please.
