If I book Premium economy will I have more leg room and more seat recline
Porter Airlines does not offer a specific "Premium Economy" fare, as they seek to offer a high level of comfort and service to all passengers. All of their seats are leather, with extra legroom designed to increase passenger comfort. As such, while you can choose where you'd like to sit for an additional cost with their standard seating arrangements, it doesn't necessarily mean more legroom or seat recline than any other passenger. However, choosing a seat with extra legroom would, of course, provide more space.
