The issue in GetHuman-notskin's own words
I sold an item on Poshmark. A Michael Kors Purse and wallet with authentication cards in each and dust bag. I had pics all around outside of each and inside. Buyer purchased received item on Wednesday of last week and Friday said item is not as described. There's * pics of these items. It is an authentic Michael Kors. My sale has now been in review since Friday and I want an answer or item returned or payment released. I've emailed three times with our a further response. This is ridiculous. I have hundreds of items I was posting and tried a few out first to see how it goes. I won't be posting any after this is resolved now. I want a conclusion and buyer bought exactly what I posted. It was in great condition and I do not understand her problem.
