I have reserved tickets for my colleagues in the company I work for to travel from Boston to Austin on January 8th, [redacted]. When reviewing two of the itineraries, I noticed a double booking issue with seats 19D and 19F on both flights. Booking Reference for the first itinerary: JETBLUE: ANHKCT Booking Reference for the second itinerary: JETBLUE: TCFAFF I want to ensure that the flights are not overbooked to accommodate all passengers. Additionally, I am requesting a refund for the duplicate seat selections on one of the itineraries. Thank you for your assistance.

I was double charged by Priceline. They canceled my reservation due to only one vacancy when I required two rooms. Despite being assured no additional payment would be necessary, they rebooked me elsewhere without refunding the initial reservation. Priceline is now shifting blame to the hotel for not issuing a refund. Avoid Priceline and their third-party agencies - it feels like a scam. Had I read reviews prior, I would have seen this coming. I lost $[redacted] on a one-night booking, totaling $[redacted] for the night. Such a significant amount, nearly my entire social security check.

I need to cancel my recent reservation. The confirmation number is [redacted], and the Priceline trip number is [redacted]-[redacted]-[redacted]-38. I attempted to contact customer service multiple times with no answer, so I am reaching out via email to ensure my refund is not affected due to missing the deadline. Motel 6 mentioned they couldn't find my reservation, causing inconvenience, leading me to book directly with them. Additionally, I am perplexed as booking directly with Motel 6 was more economical compared to booking through Priceline. I've always believed Priceline offers better prices. Surprisingly, booking with Motel 6 was $8 cheaper. This has left me dissatisfied, and I'm curious if this has occurred before without my knowledge. As a VIP member, I question the benefits and seek appropriate compensation.

I was unable to board my flight due to an issue with my COVID test results. The results only indicated the date of the test and not when the results were received. I need a refund promptly to book another flight, as I have two eight-year-old daughters who depend on me and their other caretaker needs to leave. I reserved a round trip flight from Tokyo, Japan to Kilimanjaro, Tanzania through Priceline. The first leg of my journey included stops in Jakarta, Indonesia and Doha, Qatar, all with Qatar Air. Due to Indonesia's transit restrictions, I was forced to return to Tokyo immediately upon arrival in Jakarta. I was given a short notice to decide and pay $[redacted] in cash for a direct flight back to Tokyo. Despite having 12 hours until my next scheduled flight, Priceline's unhelpful and rude representatives made resolving the issue impossible. Connectivity issues at the airport made it challenging to contact Priceline consistently. The lack of continuity in customer service led to a frustrating and exhausting 12-hour ordeal. Ultimately, I had to spend the night in uncomfortable conditions at the Jakarta Airport before rearranging my travel plans. This costly and stressful experience caused significant delays and disrupted my once-in-a-lifetime Serengeti Safari trip.

I have received emails from Priceline informing me that United has cancelled one or more of my flights. The email instructed me to contact United, but when I did, they had no record of my confirmation number. I have tried calling Priceline customer service but have been unable to get through. If my flights have indeed been cancelled, I would like a refund so that I can make alternative arrangements. Shouldn't they automatically issue a refund if my trip has been cancelled? I have recently tested positive for COVID-19 and need to cancel my upcoming hotel reservation at the Radisson Hotel Grand Rapids Riverfront for December 10th, [redacted]. The trip number is [redacted]8, and the confirmation number is [redacted]78. Despite calling the hotel directly, they have informed me that I need to cancel through Priceline since I made the reservation with them. Good afternoon, I am looking to cancel a flight reservation from Houton to Oklahoma on Sunday, December 12th. I contacted the airline, and they advised me to get in touch with the agency where I bought the ticket to process the cancellation. We had reservation number [redacted] for two nights at Travelodge in Pocatello. We decided not to take the trip and called the hotel to cancel the reservation. They confirmed the cancellation. Today, while reviewing my credit card statement, I noticed a charge of $[redacted].96. I contacted the hotel, and they acknowledged the cancellation but mentioned that since it was booked through Priceline, I need to contact them for the refund process. I mistakenly booked the wrong dates for a hotel room. Originally planned for Florida work training, I had to change due to a family medical issue. When I rescheduled a week earlier, I discovered I couldn't cancel the initial booking through reservations.com, not directly with the hotel as I thought. After speaking with Marriott and the hotel manager, I agreed to pay a one-day fee. The hotel manager mentioned informing Priceline, the parent company of reservations.com. I have trip number [redacted]5. On December 2, [redacted], I contacted Priceline to cancel my Hawaii trip due to CDC's Covid regulation changes. Priceline advised me to contact Hawaii Airlines with confirmation number BYEETK. I am seeking a partial refund for the air tickets as my guests from Switzerland cannot travel due to Covid in Europe. Priceline quickly charged my credit card but has not been very helpful towards customers facing trip cancellations due to global Covid issues. I believe many others are in a similar situation. I am experiencing an issue with the rate on my reservation due to taxes and your service fee. I had a terrible experience with Priceline on October 7, [redacted]. It was so bad that I have decided to cancel my Priceline card and cease doing business with them in the future. Despite being a PLATINUM member, Priceline was unwilling to refund my money during a critical Christmas time when I needed it for my children. The hotel they booked me in was unsafe and filthy, with roaches on the bed and toilet, drug dealers, gunshots, people overdosed in the hallway, and even a broken door lock on my room. After a challenging night, a kind lady named Trish was able to refund my money promptly, despite Priceline initially claiming it was impossible. However, upon checking my statement, I noticed they only refunded one night, leaving me with a past due balance and a late fee for a stay I never wanted in the first place. Despite being a platinum member, Priceline's lack of assistance during the holiday season was disappointing. Consequently, I have decided to cancel my Priceline card and take my business elsewhere, as it appears they prioritize profits over customer care.

Upon arriving at the Rent-A-Car location after my flight, I found the reservation office closed despite having reservation number [redacted]9. Currently, I am in line at another rental agency and wish to cancel my original reservation. I have contacted the rental company, patiently waited for a response from Priceline, and noticed an agent typing without a resolution after 25 minutes. Unfortunately, I have been unable to reach anyone at the Rent-A-Car location or Priceline for assistance. This situation is very frustrating as I wait in the cold after a long five-hour journey. Despite having a reservation, I must now seek alternative arrangements for a car rental.
