I booked a direct flight with JetBlue, but they canceled it and Priceline replaced it with a connecting flight that takes twice as long. JetBlue has three other direct flights the same day, but they said I need to request the change through Priceline. Priceline shows two of those flights available online. After three calls to Priceline, the first two operators, one male and one female, hung up on me. The third operator, a woman, was helping me but put me on hold over an hour and a half ago to confirm the change with JetBlue. This is very important to me today. Other couples on the same itinerary booked through Expedia had no trouble changing flights this morning. Why is Priceline making it so difficult for me? I just want a comparable replacement flight for the one that got canceled suddenly.

Priceline changed my originally booked direct flight to a connecting flight due to the airline's cancellation. However, on the same travel date, the airline has reintroduced three direct flights which Priceline refuses to switch me to, citing a significant increase in cost. This situation has resulted in doubling my travel time to nearly 10 hours, which is unacceptable to me. I find this unfair as I specifically chose and paid for a direct flight in advance to avoid such inconveniences. I am seeking advice on how to address this issue and possibly secure a direct flight for my trip.

I recently made a booking for a flight for four people using Affirm. Today, I noticed a charge on my credit card but am unsure if I was able to select seats during the booking process. Consequently, I decided to cancel the purchase. The charge is pending on my credit card, but I can't locate the trip on Priceline. I need clarification on whether the booking was successfully canceled so I can proceed with rebooking. If the booking hasn't been canceled, I also need assistance with selecting seats. Thank you.

I made a reservation for a room and upon arrival, only a security guard was present. The security guard gave me keys to a room that was unclean and appeared to have been recently used. Despite notifying security, I did not receive assistance in changing rooms or canceling the reservation. I decided to leave due to the unsanitary conditions. Upon returning the next day, the office remained closed, with no staff available for help. Priceline also had difficulty contacting the hotel to assist with canceling my reservation. It has been challenging to cancel the booking, even after the poor experience in the dirty room. I feel it's a problematic situation with no one available to address the issue promptly. This has been my worst hotel experience, and I am seeking guidance on how to resolve this matter.

I made a car rental reservation for today, but encountered multiple frustrating changes to the booking. Firstly, the reserved time was altered despite my initial specific request. It's confusing to provide a preferred time only to have it changed by the agency afterward. Secondly, when I tried to make adjustments through Priceline's chat, I was redirected to contact HERTZ, but HERTZ mentioned that all changes had to be done through Priceline. When I contacted Priceline by phone, they claimed only HERTZ could modify the reservation. This back-and-forth has been time-consuming and costly. I am requesting a complete refund, cancellation of the reservation, and compensation for the time and wages lost in addressing this issue. It would be helpful if staff informed customers upfront about the limitations on changing reservations, rather than causing confusion and inconvenience by redirecting them back and forth unnecessarily.

Good morning, I purchased tickets for a trip for Carlos Aristizábal and Angela Agudelo. Recently, through Priceline, I bought three flights, one of which was from Fort Lauderdale to San Salvador with Spirit Airlines, with confirmation code KKFITN, on August 4, [redacted]. When checking in baggage at the kiosk, I was informed that I needed to pay for luggage despite already having paid for it through Priceline. I recently made an auto rental reservation through Priceline in Denver. However, upon my arrival at 11:15, the shuttle service for FOX did not show up. This caused an issue for me and several other families, three of which booked through Priceline. I had to rebook with AVIS, which cost me around $[redacted] more. I believe Priceline should either reimburse me for the difference or provide a voucher for the amount lost. The other two Priceline customers, whose contact information I have, also had to rent from AVIS due to the shuttle service issue. One rented for a day and the other for a week. I kindly request Priceline to address this situation appropriately.

I booked a flight and car rental package with Priceline.com, using a credit card special for a $[redacted] discount. Unfortunately, after completing the booking, I was locked out for taking too long. They advised me to chat with them, and upon doing so, I was informed my flight itinerary had been emailed to me at [redacted] However, I checked my email and found nothing. Even Frontier Airlines confirmed they had no record of an itinerary for William and Gloria Kretchmer flying from August 20-24. Do I need to start a new search and booking process? The initial attempt was charged to the new Priceline card I signed up for. My husband and I must be in Chicago Midway from Phoenix by August 20 for a funeral. This is urgent. How can we locate our missing itinerary?

I am seeking assistance from a Priceline representative as I have encountered issues with the automated system. Despite the system's promise to connect me with help, it repeats the initial questions and fails to direct me to a human agent. I am extremely dissatisfied with the customer service and business practices of Priceline. Despite multiple attempts to resolve ongoing issues with representatives, my problems remain unresolved. I book stays with Priceline regularly, expecting the best rates, discounts, or incentives as a loyal customer. However, I end up paying full price each time. I am disappointed in how loyal customers are treated by the company. My recent experiences involve issues with hotel deposits not refunded and incorrect reservations. Despite contacting them, there has been no resolution or response. I hope for a prompt and professional resolution to these matters. If not, I will consider taking my business elsewhere for better treatment and rewards for my loyalty. I am also struggling to update my email on my account with no success, adding to my frustration as an underappreciated loyal customer.

I have received the following communication from Priceline regarding my canceled flights for Trip number [redacted]8. The flights have been canceled, and the ticket value has been retained as a credit for future WestJet flights. The WestJet confirmation number is UZSMBN, with Ticket Numbers DONALD SHEPPARD $[redacted].11 and PAMALA SHEPPARD $[redacted].11. The travel credit must be redeemed by June 09 [redacted], and travel completed by the same date. The credit can only be used for future WestJet flights. When ready to rebook, search for flights on the website and contact Customer Care at [redacted] (US or CA) or +1 [redacted] (International callers) with Trip #[redacted]8. Unfortunately, I am having trouble calling Priceline from Puerto Vallarta and cannot find WestJet flights for my travel plans. My contact number is 52-[redacted] or 52-[redacted]. We reserved a trip with roundtrip airline tickets from Baltimore to Tampa for 2 people and a 3-night hotel stay in Tampa, Florida on 5/19/22. Our travel dates are from 10/26/22 to 10/29/22. We needed to cancel the flight reservation within 24 hours due to a mistaken date. The total cost for the airfare was $[redacted].08. Despite being informed that refunds should be processed within 48 hours, we have not received the refund as of 8/22/22. After multiple phone calls and promises of a follow-up, we are still waiting. We have contacted Discover to dispute the charges. I urgently need the refund or a credit for a new flight booking. I hope to find a resolution soon.

I have been a faithful customer of Priceline for a long time now. This recent experience has left me frustrated. My Priceline itinerary is [redacted]-[redacted]-[redacted]-45, and the Lufthansa reference number is 4KYO3U. I originally booked a flight for a friend coming from Bulgaria, but unfortunately, she had an accident and became ill, making it impossible for her to travel. I attempted to change the travel dates on the Lufthansa website without success. After a 45-minute wait on the phone with Lufthansa, I enlisted my nephew's help. He managed to connect with a Lufthansa agent who advised us to contact Priceline. After much back and forth, Lufthansa agreed to cancel the ticket and issue a travel credit, but once again directed us to Priceline for further assistance. Unfortunately, reaching Priceline has been a challenge with long wait times and unhelpful chat support. My nephew even experienced agents abruptly ending the call. I am reaching out for help in resolving this matter promptly.

This is the fourth email I've sent and still haven't heard back from you. As I mentioned in the previous email, I have been trying to reach out because in June, I made an ONLINE reservation on the PRICELINE website for two adults and a 12-year-old girl, from August 28th to August 31st at the Occidental Caribe hotel in Punta Cana. However, when I called the hotel yesterday (Friday, August 26th) to double-check the reservation before the travel day, they informed me they only have a reservation for two adults (without children) on record. The entire reservation was paid on the same day through the PRICELINE website, and now the hotel doesn't even have the correct guest information. I need a response soon as the trip is this Sunday, and I will not pay an additional fee for the child when I already paid for her at the time of booking. Note: The reservation is under Carmen Lidia Valdez Ureña's name.

I booked a flight on 8/10/[redacted]. Unfortunately, I missed the flight due to a doctor's appointment and needing to fill a prescription before traveling. I called before the flight departed to cancel and was charged $26 for trip protection on my credit card instantly, even though I didn't receive a credit or refund for the flight. Priceline claims they have no record of this charge. The phone numbers on my reservation and the trip protect charge appear different on my credit card statement. Priceline keeps directing me to an insurance agency that has no information about my case.
