I had two policies with Progressive and asked for both to be canceled. I have transcripts of the email requesting both policies to be canceled, and I informed them in the email that I did not authorize any further AutoPay transactions. Only one policy was canceled, however, and without my knowledge I have been paying for the second policy via AutoPay. I'd like to get a refund for the second policy that should have been canceled.
