Hello Roblox, I am having trouble accessing my regular account. It keeps saying the username is incorrect since I haven't played in a while. My account is Bcb_Jasyn. My account was terminated due to unauthorized purchases made by my mother. Though she had initially approved them, she later mistakenly refunded the transactions thinking they were suspicious. We are now seeking assistance to reinstate the account. My mother has not received the refunded money yet but is willing to let go of it in order to resolve this matter and restore my account. We are uncertain if contacting the bank would be helpful in this situation. Any help in reversing the charges and recovering my account would be greatly appreciated. Hello, I've been trying to address my moderation concerns without success through multiple channels. I believe my account has been unfairly moderated during gameplay resulting in a 7-day ban due to a voice chat incident. Despite keeping my microphone off for most of the game, I was banned after defending myself against rude comments and reporting inappropriate behavior. I have support from at least 6 players who can attest that I was abiding by community rules. My username is tanaswrId, with a capital "i" instead of the final "l". This ban has upset me as I strive to follow guidelines. I kindly request a review of my situation and the removal of the ban. I am willing to record my gameplay as evidence of my compliance in the future. I enjoy the game and wish to continue playing, especially since I've invested significantly in robux.

My experience with Roblox has suffered due to age-related issues. Whenever I contact support and explain the problem, I receive the same generic response after spending time detailing my concerns. Initially, I couldn't become a developer due to age restrictions hindering my ability to create a developer forum account. This limitation also prevented me from joining private servers unless I was friends with the host, causing me to miss out on various events. Furthermore, age ratings have restricted my access to many games on Roblox. Despite my account being 4 years old in terms of its existence, Roblox failed to acknowledge this fact and continued to provide automated responses. To resolve this, I'm requesting once more to update my birthdate to 7-6-[redacted].

My Roblox account was hacked and subsequently deleted or banned, preventing me from accessing the game. I suspect it was used by someone else who made inappropriate comments, resulting in the ban. I would appreciate a review of the account as it might have been compromised from a different IP address. I believe the ban is unjust as I would not have made such remarks. I have invested a significant amount of money in the game and feel frustrated by this situation. I have unfortunately faced a second ban on Roblox for breaking safety rules, and I am seeking assistance. The first ban lasted one day, and this time it is a week. After a ban ends, there is usually a "re-activate my account" button on the page post-logout, but it was unintentionally clicked by my younger sister, leading to account deletion. I hope for help in recovering my account, as I heavily invested in the game and purchased numerous items and game passes. My username was callmeurfriend1. I recently deleted the email account associated with my Roblox account "JustPhoque." Now, when I try to log in, it prompts me to verify through the deleted email. I would like to update the email on the account from "[redacted]" to "[redacted]" I've been seeking assistance for four days without any success. I am Lisa Ford. I bought $30 in digital gift cards for my son, but he can't use them to play as expected. There is no option to convert the credits on his account even though I can see he has $30 available. I have tried reaching out through emails and phone calls to customer service multiple times with no response. My son is disappointed because he can't use what I purchased for him. I am currently facing difficulty accessing my Roblox account due to changing email addresses and passwords to protect myself from my ex-husband. Unfortunately, he managed to delete all my boards on Pinterest. There was a charge on February 5th for $19.99, and I am unsure if this transaction was authorized or if it is related to the hacked account. My Roblox account in Korea was permanently suspended 37 days ago. My friend gifted me Robux for my birthday, but it turned out to be from an unauthorized seller. I was playing Blox Fruit and attempted to trade with someone on Discord. They sent me a link to join their private server, and when I clicked it and tried to log in to my Roblox account, my account was hacked. Yesterday, I submitted a report regarding the recurring account launch message issue in Roblox. Today, when I tried to log in, I was unable to access my account. Despite attempting to revert the changes and access my account via email, it appeared that someone had gained entry and altered both my password and email. Regrettably, I had not linked a phone number to the account, only an email. Although I implemented two-step verification, I am unable to regain access using my current password or alter it. I invested significant effort into my games, some of which remain incomplete. Upon checking my alternate account, I noticed that while I had only four friends, a user named Zegzizangi was listed in my friends' section, whom I do not recall adding or recognizing.
