Complaint Loan Procedure not dependable very prolonged. Initiated HELOC early December in *Northport, Al branch. Transferred to University Branch, Tuscaloosa, and loan process assumbed by Eboni Harris. Insisted on current documents since HELOC process has taken over *.* months so far. Documents completed last Friday by noon and waited upon closing. Went in person at *** PM on Friday, and Eboni Harris stated she would call me first thing Monday. No call.*I called University Branch six times for *** to *** and then sent email to Eboni Harris stating no answer to any calls which lasted until they disconnected. Email not answered**I do not believe 'Regions thinks this kind of behavior represents your banking interface to the community. I have no debt,own properties and assets with no debt and am only asking for a HELOC that is *** of one property in Tuscaloosa that I own outright.*This prolonged rude process has left an indelible impression of resentment and manipulation on behalf of Regions by me.. Totally unnecessary and will never be forgotten.
GetHuman-colbymen did not yet indicate what Regions Bank should do to make this right.
