My checking account was hacked, so I opened up a new account. Regions cannot seem to close my old account which is very confusing. I believe they have lost most of the transactions on this old account. They have charged me several overdraft fees and a monthly fee on my old account. I would like ALL fees to be removed because Regions has caused me so much trouble and the fees are due to their negligence. I would also like for someone to CLOSE this old account and remove it from my bill pay. Both the manager and a consultant at the branch did not return my calls, * times each! Please, help.
