The issue in GetHuman-raquiaam's own words
Received Now Card, activated the card, created and memorized pin* however, I am unable to make purchases or withdraw money due to an "incorrect pin". Using the pin I created, I'm able to access my account in order to view*be notified of my account balance. At this point, I would like to reset my pin.
GetHuman-raquiaam did not yet indicate what Regions Bank should do to make this right.
