Listen, rockauto stated on their website if you buy the starter motor and send it back in the box in which the new one was delivered in. I did that and sent it back by FedEX got my confirmation and receipt, FedEX told me it will get there in * days and it will need a signature. They got the signature from a employee working, because they would not have left it. RockAuto acknowledge they recieved my old starter motor and did I want a refund or credit. I told them I wanted my money back. I sent that starter motor back since January ****. I disappointed with the warehouse, there are many other customers out there complainting just like I am. This is not good business practice for RockAuto, do not honor their policies for returns, delay, missing parts, customer service and lack of communication with their company, it shows they do not care about their customer needs. I just want something do about it. If I can't get my money back, then give me the credit for other parts I can order towards the credit or $ **.**.*Not So Happy Customer
