Hello, I'm reaching out because I've been patiently waiting for an email response from Rockstar regarding my inability to access GTA Online. Despite having a stable internet connection that allows me to play other online games and stream various channels like YouTube and Netflix without any issues, I seem to encounter problems specifically with GTA Online. Even after contacting my internet service provider, who indicated that the issue is on Rockstar's end, I am still unable to resolve it. I would greatly appreciate it if you could investigate this matter and assist in resolving it. Thank you for your help.

Dear Rockstar Games, I hope all is well. Unfortunately, I've been threatened into giving someone access to my game account. They are threatening to report my GTA 5 account due to a hack tutorial video posted on my YouTube account, which was hacked. The individual's name is XXXD3MONLORD. I have evidence of this blackmail and can provide more if needed to protect my account, Nialite. Please let me know if you require additional proof. Thank you, Nialite (Note: Screenshots are unavailable here, but I can email them to you at [redacted])

Hello, I am Parsa Almasi from Iran. Recently, I let my younger brother use my computer and gaming account at home during the summer break. Despite his young age, he is very clever and observant. It seems that someone has tampered with our laptop, as our game now has six new players and a large sum of money added. I informed him of the password to my Rockstar account, and he mentioned changing it. He later informed me that the unknown player was removed but the money remained. I recall being cautioned previously not to accept unexpected money, as it could be a scam. I suspect my brother may be involved, as he mentioned losing the game and seemed upset. Could you please advise me on what occurred and offer any insights on this matter?

Dear support team, I am experiencing an issue with the online version of GTA5. When attempting to play online, I received an error message stating that the servers could not download the required file. I was then redirected to the story mode, but when trying to connect to online through story mode, I encountered another error stating that it could not connect to the online server. Despite verifying that the GTA5 online status was UP and confirming that my network connection is stable and working for other games, I still could not access GTA5 online. I even tried deleting and reinstalling the game, but the problem persisted. I would appreciate your prompt assistance in resolving this frustrating issue.

Dear support team, I am having trouble with the online version of GTA5. After launching GTA5 online, I received an error message stating that the "servers could not download the required file to play online," and I was redirected to GTA5 story mode. When I tried to connect to online through the story mode, another error displayed, saying "Could not connect to the online server." Despite checking that the GTA5 online servers were up, my network is functioning well without issues, unlike when playing other games. I even tried deleting and redownloading GTA5, but the problem persists. It's frustrating to go through all these steps and still be unable to connect to GTA5 online. I appreciate your assistance in resolving this matter promptly. Best regards, A.

Yesterday in Grand Theft Auto online, I was at my auto body shop when I delivered a car to another player. When I needed a car, I found one I liked, took it, and stored it temporarily in my auto body shop. Surprisingly, the system prompted me to remove a car, so I chose to remove the oppressor since it was not meant to be there. However, after this, I noticed that my oppressor was missing, even though it was never inside the shop. I'm unsure how to retrieve it or if I can get a refund for both the purchase and upgrades. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.

Hello Team Rockstar, I am happy to report that I successfully recovered my GTA V account. However, I was disappointed to discover that my GTA V Online account has been permanently banned. I am kindly requesting that my online account be unbanned. If necessary, I am willing to have my entire profile reset as my account was hacked, and the hacker performed modifications that led to my ban without my knowledge or consent. Your assistance in unbanning my account would be greatly appreciated as I would love to resume playing GTA V Online with my friends. This game holds a special place for me as it is my favorite. Looking forward to a prompt response, GTA V ID: belleNmees Steam ID: antpang92 Email: [redacted] Details of my purchase: Transaction ID: [redacted] Purchase Date: April 13, [redacted], 9:23 PM Purchased item: Grand Theft Auto V Pre-Purchase (Tier 3) on Steam Thank you, Team Rockstar. I recently bought several items in GTA V Online without realizing I could redeem a code for the criminal enterprise starter pack. I've acquired the Grotti Turismo R and the 10 Car Garage at [redacted] Exceptionalists Way. I am concerned if I can get a refund for my recent purchases or if I redeem the code, will I lose the items I already bought. My main worry is that the 10 cars that come with the starter pack might not have space to spawn since my garage is already full with 6 cars. I got the 10 car garage a week ago, and it's filled up already.

I had my Rockstar Games account linked to my Xbox Live account, MrCanadianCrook, which I lost access to when my girlfriend kicked me out without a receipt for the console, preventing the police from recovering it from her. Now, after some time, I've returned to Grand Theft Auto and I'm eager to retrieve my old Xbox GTA account for use on my PlayStation 4. I've invested a significant amount of time, effort, and money into that account, and it's disheartening to play now and reminisce about my previous account. Although I can't access the email linked to the Rockstar account, I can log in to the Rockstar account and view my GTA Online character. I would greatly appreciate any assistance in recovering my account, including my stats, level, and progress, in order to fully enjoy the game again. :(

About a year ago, I exploited a money glitch in the game where I made around 2 million dollars per minute using a garage. Despite already achieving most items and reaching level [redacted] legitimately before the glitch, I assumed doing the glitch would trigger a money wipe, as it did for a friend who did the same. I began playing GTA in [redacted]/17 and unfortunately lost all my progress, which I found unnecessary. I was prepared for a money wipe, as the funds were not earned honestly, but I ended up being completely reset to level 1, losing all my hard-earned progress. I am wondering if there is any way to restore my progress to around 08/14/[redacted], the day before I first exploited the glitch, starting on August 15th last year. Thank you, Jake.

Dear Rockstar, On the 11th of August at 02:39, I received an email from you stating that my [redacted] account had been changed to [redacted] Unfortunately, I did not notice this email until now when I attempted to log in to my account. It seems that my account has been hacked, as my email has been altered. If you can verify the IP address from which I usually played and purchased games, you will see that I am located in Hungary. The new email address associated with my account appears to be Russian due to the .ru domain. When I attempt to log in with my email and previous password, my profile "Kokomester" is no longer accessible. Instead, a different profile named "eambrus08V" is displayed, which is not mine, and I cannot locate my purchased GTA5 game. Please assist me in recovering my account and profile. What steps should I take to resolve this issue? Thank you, Ambrus E. [redacted]

Hello, I'm Levi R. I am trying to have my Grand Theft Auto 5 account unbanned from online play. I attempted to redownload the game after not playing for years, only to find out my account was banned from online play without any explanation. Despite reaching out to Rockstar Games support, linking my Steam account, and going through various troubleshooting steps, my online access remains blocked. I have not engaged in any inappropriate behavior within the game and believe the ban is unjust. Despite my efforts to rectify the situation, including multiple attempts to contact support through various channels, I have not received a resolution. I am seeking assistance in resolving this issue promptly. Thank you.

Hello, I am reaching out because I recently encountered a concerning issue with my Rockstar Social Club account ([redacted]). Following a mysterious email, I discovered unusual changes to my account, including a new username "2996NWwtestn9g6m," a location change to Germany, altered age details, and the disappearance of my Red Dead Redemption 2 game from both the launcher and the website. I promptly changed my password for security, but I hesitate to delete the suspicious account without Rockstar's guidance. I am eager to resolve this matter promptly with Rockstar's assistance to reinstate my original account credentials and game access. Thank you for your attention to this matter. Zakkary N., zakkarydtd

Hello, I recently discovered that my account has been banned without any explanation. Yesterday, an unknown individual possibly hacked or modded the game and distributed $2,[redacted],[redacted],[redacted] to all players in my session, causing the game to crash. Several hours later, I was able to access the game again after a prolonged loading time. As a new player who joined approximately one month ago, I unknowingly started spending the money. I suspect that my rapid spending triggered the ban. I received a message notifying me that my account is suspended for a month. I'm concerned that upon returning, my account will be reset to level 0. I am wondering if it's feasible to revert my account to the state before receiving the unauthorized funds, removing the money and items purchased during that period. I truly hope to regain access to my account as creating a new one is not financially viable for me. Thank you all for your assistance. In-game name: Big__Chungus1422

During an online gaming session with my friend on GTA5 for PS4, we noticed that the megalodon shark card was on sale for $85. My friend was quick to purchase it, but I had to wait for my wife to return home with my wallet in her car. By the time I was ready to buy the card, it was no longer available at that price. I originally shared the deal with my friend, and although Rockstar took some time to address his purchase issue, they ultimately resolved it. I am hoping for a similar resolution so I can buy the 8 million and bonus deal. Thank you for your attention, I am prepared to make the payment promptly.

Why won't they address the issues with the Oppressor Mk2? It is clear that the community deems this bike to be extremely overpowered and is calling for it to be balanced. Rockstar seems to be ignoring these concerns and even taunting players about the bike's strength. Here are some key points highlighting the disparities between the Oppressor Mk2 and jets: - Oppressor Mk2 spawns at your feet while jets have preset locations. - The Oppressor Mk2 has both pitch and roll controls, making it easier to handle compared to jets that only have pitch controls. - Missiles on the Oppressor Mk2 are highly aggressive and accurate, unlike jets with poor missile accuracy. - When crashing, the Oppressor Mk2 can remain difficult to destroy by going upside down, unlike jets that get destroyed upon impact. - Destroying a jet has no cost, but blowing up an Oppressor Mk2 incurs a cost and a bad sport mark. - The small and nimble Oppressor Mk2 can be challenging to spot until within lock-on range, especially on PS4. - The Oppressor Mk2 can shoot highly accurate missiles rapidly, making countermeasures less effective. To address these issues, potential solutions could include reducing missile effectiveness, disallowing player lock-on, removing countermeasures or boost, decreasing top speed and acceleration, and introducing a skill curve with flight controls. These changes could provide more balance in gameplay and create a fairer experience for all players.

Upon logging into GTA V, I noticed that my GTA Online name had been changed without my permission, which seemed like an unusual mistake. When I tried to access my Social Club account to rectify this, I discovered that the email address associated with it had also been altered. It seemed like my Social Club account had been compromised, making it impossible for me to log in. Eventually, I managed to access the account through my Xbox login but was unable to change the email back because the password had been changed as well. I fear I won't be able to get assistance from Rockstar support since all communication will now go to the fraudulent email linked to my account. I'm worried that the hacker might have access to my payment details. I've submitted a ticket to Rockstar with screenshots proving my ownership, but I doubt it will be effective without them addressing the email issue first. It's frustrating that I can't even enjoy playing Red Dead Redemption 2 on my PC until this is resolved, and it's disheartening that Rockstar's support system is proving unhelpful in this situation, despite me not falling victim to any phishing scams.
