I switched to safelink several eeks ago, I was sent a sim card, but it did not wor. In addition, I had ordered your e mail advertised for phone sim and notebook for **.**. When I spoke to customer serv to fix the sim card, I again orderes rhe **.**. He said it would be shipped in * - ** days. I just checked ny order and it said it has been cancelled on May *th. I don't remember giving payment info. Could that be the problem?
