I was waiting on a phone from you all for * months my phone was replaced by SafeLink they sent the phone to the address then they took so long they told me to shut the account down I reported stolen then after that they would not send me another replacement phone they sent it to another address I was so displeased I canceled the service they made me pay another $** on my credit card last night I gave them all the information for the metro and because of security code I told them that all my ID social security card I was wrong credit cards someone took the money off and change the account number now they won't release my old phone number which it is not a SafeLink phone I put that number from Metro what would make me happy if they would just release the information can someone call me soon as possible then I have to take legal action to get that number pulling over especially they told me to pay another $** to cut the phone on and I don't even have the phone just to retrieve my number I would like to have my money back too that's not right and I'm also a calling the people that are overall to file a complaint to start investigation this is not necessary if you just release my number I just want I don't want
