I was finally able to complete the newest software update yesterday morning after postponing the update for several days due to wifi issues... but ever since the update was completed, my Samsung pass has not worked properly. The update completely wiped out all of my information that I had saved to samsung pass, including my debit*credit card information that I keep handy using samsung pass. **I have attempted to not only re-enter my personal information, but I've also tried to upload my card information (by both scanning my card information & I've also tried entering my card information manually) back into samsung pass to no avail. Each time I try to hit "submit" after filling out my info or after I've manually entered my card info into samsung pass, a message pops up on the screen that says that it has failed & to try again later. **I noticed this issue right after the update was complete. At this point, I've gone back into samsung pass numerous times to try entering my information & card information, but it is still giving me the message that it failed & to try again later. **Samsung pass is such a nice feature to have & I found that I use it daily, most the time numerous times a day. So it's a bummer that it's been down for the past few days. Hopefully we can get this issue resolved in a timely manner so I can get back to enjoying the features offered by samsung pass. Thanks!
