For seven years I was a caregiver for my ** year old Aunt until she went into hospice on ********* and died on *********. Her services were held on ********* for following week. I spent until ********* meticulously cleaning her apartment which I found out was rented in October ****.**I acknowledge that I failed to make my ****** credit card payment due to the extreme distress placed upon me by the management to vacant apartment which too me until the end of the month to do. Since there were no prior late payments within six prior to ****** I should have been afforded a late payment waiver especially since, in good faith, full paid the account upon notification that my payment was late. My remedy: remove the late payment indicator from my credit report.
