I did not get a statement this month, I called and got my balance, cut could not make automated voice understand that I need the mailing address to send my check.And Im wondering why I didnt get a statement. Please give me mailing address to pay .

I never got the simple help I needed, which was the address to send credit card payment to. Thank Goodness, my statement which was so late coming, I thought it was lost and without it, I didn’t have address for payment to go to. There should be a way to speak to a human being. Makes me wonder!
