I was told my appt. to fix my freezer*fridge (Kenmore elite with known issue) was ****. It was changed to **** and nobody told me. I had to take time off work today. Then you called and canceled again. I was treated very rudely and was told I now have to wait until **** for a tech to come fix it. I was promised a $*** gift card that has not arrived, I was told they were emailing it to me. I have been hung up on and treated like not one person there could care less about my issue. I was told over the phone that this was a huge problem and thousands of customers are going through the same thing with this model. Apparently is has an LG motor I was not told about. I want to know how you think it is remotely ok to give somebody the runaround like this with no regard for their schedule or what you are doing to their finances. It is completely unacceptable on every level. I've been without a freezer or fridge for almost a month already and now you are making me wait until ****. The tech had better arrive with parts in hand and fix it that day!!! I also want my gift card, as promised, please. My name is Laurie Lee. Phone is ***-***-****.
