I am a frequent rider at the Middletown, NY station and I along with many other customers are unable to use the restroom at the station, which was once open to the public, but is now only for employee use. I was told that it is closed to the public due to covid restrictions and due to the station being open part time, which was understandable at one point. But now that covid restrictions are minimal now and the station is open for business (whether full or part time) it is unfair that the restroom is still closed to the paying*patronizing customers and only open to employees. Please reopen the restroom to the paying customers. Thank you.
