My account was unfairly permanently locked. I have had my account for 8 years, and after one rule break, which I promptly deleted upon realizing my mistake, I was permanently locked out. The last conversation with my cousin, who tragically passed away in [redacted], is saved on that account, along with years of memories. Losing all my Google photos last June made Snapchat my only way of reminiscing about middle school and high school. There was no justification for a permanent lock on my account, and despite numerous attempts to contact support, I have only received automated responses. When I expressed my distress about losing the conversation with my cousin, who took their own life, I was coldly given a link to a crisis/suicide hotline. I simply wish to speak with a real person to resolve this issue.

I am encountering issues logging into my previous account. What happened is I logged out one day to create a new account to post different content. Upon creating the second account, my email and phone number from the first account transferred over. Now, whenever I attempt to log into the first account, it logs me into the second one and does not accept the password. It states it does not recognize the password. I'm frustrated with my Snapchat issue. Yesterday, I couldn't access it on Wi-Fi but it worked on mobile data. I wasn't receiving notifications unless I opened the app. Now, it's not working on mobile data at all. I didn't get any messages or snaps. I couldn't log out and back in, even after trying. I attempted troubleshooting by deleting the app and restarting my phone, but nothing helped. Strangely, it worked on a friend's device. I uninstalled my Snapchat app during a trip due to low storage. After reinstalling it, the app asked for account verification, stating they would send a code to my [redacted] email. However, I did not receive the code. Yahoo mentioned that since I hadn't logged in for a while, they sent the code back to Snapchat, suggesting Snapchat remove my [redacted] from their blocked list. While conversing with another user, my account suddenly glitched and changed my username from @everything4418 to @mommhear3646 without my consent. This prevented me from posting stories for about 24 hours. After some time, my username reverted to @everything4418 briefly before changing back to @mommhear3646. Currently, my account is locked. I can view past messages and stories but I am unsure if my friends can see my snaps. It seems like they've tried to contact me with no success.
