I updated my ps* and now I can’t sign in to the PlayStation network because I no longer have access to the e-mail currently associated with it so I have no way to log in to the network to change my e-mail address to the one I currently use so my ps* is useless for the things I use it for most

Gethuman didn’t help at all. I had to call n pretend to have an id from online and the person at Sony then helped me.
