I paid for a non stop flight from Vegas to Milwaukee on June **th. * minutes before boarding we were told to switch gates and we were stopping in Denver. My flight number on my itenerary did not even match yours. Not only did we stop in Denver we had to get off the plane and board another one.if I wanted a layover I would have bought a cheaper ticket with a layover.This is the second time in * months that this has happened flying Southwest. If I pay for a non stop flight I expect a non stop flight. Totally unacceptable especially when I had family waiting for me at the airport.
GetHuman3096401 did not yet indicate what Southwest Airlines should do to make this right.
