I enjoy Starbucks' Verona coffee. I buy whole beans and grind them myself. I have a question about the quality of the "whole " beans because on two occasions the ***g pack of Verona whole beans has had a large amount of small pieces of crushed beans. I estimate about one third of the contents of the pack was in the form of small millimeter sized pieces. I call them "floor-sweepings ". I have pack ID number YPR******B**** **JA*****My question.. is it normal to have such a large proportion of small pieces in a pack of Verona ? Does the description "whole beans " cover this situation?*Regards, Richard Turner
