Unfortunately, someone attempted to use my stolen credit card to pay for their phone plan, but the charge was declined because I had already blocked the card. Despite reporting this to Capital One, they did not investigate the issue as the charge never went through. I have contacted Straight Talk multiple times to track down the individual responsible, but they are unable to provide me with the necessary information due to the 90-day limit on account history. Even though I discovered this 93 days later, they are unwilling to assist me. Despite providing all other details, I cannot provide the verification code sent to the old phone number. I even attempted to obtain the legal team's contact information for the police, but they were uncooperative in providing it.

In February, my account, which I've had for over 10 years, was deactivated and essentially erased. To resolve this, I had to buy a new SIM card, as my local store did not have my original one, costing me $35. I added this to the $45 plan I recently purchased, believing I could get a separate data package for the month. However, after buying two $10 add-ons and needing to purchase another $45 service plan for additional data, I've now spent a total of $[redacted] since February to ensure my phone works for work. Unfortunately, I lost all my rewards points due to this issue. I've never faced problems with this company before, and I'm incredibly stressed and upset about this recent ordeal. I had to sacrifice 21 days of service to adjust my plan to accommodate my data needs. I am seeking assistance in recovering my account information and rewards.

Since last Tuesday morning, we've had difficulty accessing the Straight Talk account for our wireless hotspot with phone number [redacted] to check our data balance. The website keeps saying "invalid data provided" despite multiple attempts. Recently, I discovered a verification code ([redacted]) was sent via text to the hotspot, but as it's not a cell phone, we couldn't see it. I've also tried to purchase a new plan to extend our service but cannot proceed beyond entering the phone number before being redirected back to the same screen. I have called 5 times regarding an issue with my phone ([redacted]). Despite going through basic troubleshooting steps, I cannot send, receive texts, or make calls suddenly. Restarting my phone briefly restores full 4G service but resetting network settings leaves me with no service. Reinserting the SIM card does not resolve the problem. I have provided my IMEI and the last four digits of my SIM card. I would like to escalate this to advanced technical support as previous attempts to resolve the issue ended in call disconnections while on hold. Thank you.

Hello, I have been struggling to fix my phone issue with the Straight Talk customer service team for the past three days. I received instructions from one of your technicians to input specific settings like the reseller, proxy, mmsc port, mcc, mnc, authentication, and apn type. My phone was working fine until it stopped after your switch to 5G. I can only make calls with data roaming and hotspot on, but your system keeps turning them off, claiming the issue is resolved. I can't use the internet or Wi-Fi during this time. It's frustrating dealing with automated responses and speaking to different technicians each time. When I turn on my phone, it shows T-Mobile, but I have an AT&T SIM card. Could the problem be related to the 5G switch? I'm willing to try using a T-Mobile SIM if it helps. I recently had Frontier install service due to the phone problem caused by your switch, costing me a hundred dollars. I believe Straight Talk should fix my phone and offer three months of free unlimited services. I will contact your technicians again tonight hoping for a resolution.

I recently purchased a bring-your-own-phone SIM card Straight Talk kit. I inserted the T-Mobile SIM card, added the 45-day service PIN, but experienced issues. After a lengthy call with customer support, they were unable to transfer my old number as it was inactive at the time. I was given a new number, but still couldn't make calls. I am requesting a daily usage report for the period from March 1st to March 25th. My phone has been disconnected despite having over [redacted] minutes still available. I contacted support three days ago, and the minutes were added back to my account. However, my phone was cut off again today. After waiting on hold for over an hour, I was informed that I need to provide a sworn statement to request my usage record. This issue has persisted for over a year and three months. I've been with T-Mobile for a few months but I'm looking to switch to Straight Talk while keeping my old phone number. I purchased a Bring Your Own Phone sim kit from Walmart, but it's not working. After going through the activation steps and entering the service pin, I waited a few hours. When I revisited the process, I realized I had entered some information incorrectly the first time. Now, I'm seeing a message stating that the Service Plan PIN has already been redeemed. I attempted to buy a new service plan, but it says there are no devices in the system with the information I provided. I have been struggling with Straight Talk who has been unhelpful in removing the port protection on my phone so I can switch to a new provider. On 3/29/[redacted], I spent hours on hold waiting for assistance to unlock my iPhone. However, when I contacted them again last night, I was told by Vincent that I needed to buy more time first for them to remove the port protection. Vincent mentioned that he couldn't provide me with the PIN necessary until I reactivate the phone service.

I have used a Samsung Galaxy Note 4 with PureTalk for two years. When the 3G network shut down, my Samsung couldn't make or receive calls. I recently got a T-Mobile ONEPLUS 8 5G phone. Following a friend's recommendation, I switched to Straight Talk. After activating the SIM card, I received a message that my number transfer required updating. I am in the process of switching my phone service from Pure Talk to Straight Talk, transferring my phone number to my new device. I contacted Verizon 4 days ago to switch to a new phone while keeping my current number. I followed the automated voice instructions, providing my account number, pin, and activating the phone card. The system mentioned my service on the new phone would be activated within 2 days, replacing my Straight Talk phone. However, my new service has not started, and unfortunately, I misplaced the ticket number assigned to me.

I contacted customer service on Monday evening to activate my iPhone XR that was carrier locked from Cricket, which operates on AT&T towers. Despite previous successful usage, the representative did not address my inquiries. Unfortunately, they mistakenly converted my Tracfone Verizon card into an activated Verizon card, rendering my phone unusable. When calling [redacted], I was redirected to Verizon Wireless. This error has led to significant financial inconvenience. Despite efforts from a friend to assist, the only advice received was to unlock the phone, which seems unreasonable as I do not wish to switch to Verizon, and my current device and number are not recognized by Verizon's system.

I bought a TracFone three weeks ago but have been facing issues with it ever since. Despite contacting customer service multiple times, the phone doesn't connect to data unless I put it on airplane mode for a few minutes or reboot it. In February, we purchased a BLU phone from Walmart under the Straight Talk brand. We have faced ongoing issues with the phone not working, despite multiple attempts with tech support over the past 2 1/2 months. After being advised to buy a new SIM card for $40 from Walmart, this did not resolve the issue. The latest tech support representative confirmed the problem lies with the phone, not the SIM card. We were informed we could exchange the phone if the problem couldn't be resolved. Due to the necessity of a working phone for daily use, we are currently using an older device. Numerous attempts to contact customer service have led to disconnections or unfulfilled promises of callbacks, hence the decision to reach out via email. We kindly request a replacement phone, specifically the Moto E, which is equivalent in value to the BLU 3 we purchased, in exchange for returning the problematic BLU device.

I am experiencing issues with setting up my voicemail. I recently realized that my voicemail has never been established, and I am unable to find the option to set it up. Whenever I try to access it by entering my phone number, I receive a message saying there is no voicemail attached to that number. After researching online, I found advice suggesting to contact customer service to request a reset of my voicemail since it appears to have been disabled. Although I've had my phone for quite some time without setting up voicemail, I now require it urgently as potential employers are attempting to contact me.

I've been attempting to have my phone repaired this entire week, but with no success. Each time I request to speak to a supervisor, I get disconnected and placed back on hold. This ongoing issue has left me feeling frustrated and agitated. I recently switched from SafeLink to Straight Talk and have been trying to change my number back to my previous Straight Talk one to regain access to my banking and Google accounts. I received the Verizon SIM card last Saturday and started the process of changing out my SIM on Sunday, and I have been without a phone ever since. The old SIM no longer works, and the new SIM is still waiting on activation. I spoke with tech support yesterday, and they were supposed to manually push activation through. They were meant to call me back to confirm, but it did not work, and they did not call. I do deliveries for my job, and being without a phone is hindering my ability to work, especially as a single mom. This issue needs to be resolved immediately. I noticed two charges on my card from Straight Talk: one for $38.86 on May 16th and another for $10.00 on May 11th. Even though I don't have a Straight Talk account, they told me the charges were linked to my card through FB Pay. I suspect my ex, Steven Fields, used my card for his expenses. I've reported this to the authorities, and we'll be discussing these charges with the police and potentially sending it to the prosecutor. I'm seeking evidence to prove his involvement, especially because his name is associated with other FB Pay charges. The last 4 digits of my card number are [redacted].
