Sorry need a UK number to dial

Have had a few communications with you in the last * months but need now to speak to someone. I was told there was a button on the home page to obtain the number but it's not there (in Edge or Chrome). Could you please provide a number. Thank You**The problem:*Account is Rotary Club of Poynton & District in UK.*We ran up a debit of £***.** on our Stripe account in Mar ** through refunds from a cancelled event.*We wanted to do more refunds but I was told by Stripe support that we'd first have to make an electronic wire transfer to clear the £***.** … and we were given a nominated Denmark-based Stripe bank a*c to transfer this to.*That has been difficult for us for various reasons with Cov-Id.*Last week I was told by Stripe support that the £***.** had been cleared … presumably by Stripe taking the money from our registered bank account in UK???? If so, that was contrary to the original guidance.*Three questions:**) Has the £***.** balance been cleared as above?**) Can we now make the further refunds (totalling £***.** net) … thus allowing the Stripe a*c to go temporarily negative?**) To make the refunds, do we have the credit the Stripe account beforehand with £***.**?**Thank you for your help
