However, when I click on the link, it directs me back to the login page, creating a frustrating loop since I can't access my account without the phone verification code. I find it inefficient that they don't offer alternative methods like emailing a code or allowing me to set up an email and password. This obstacle is particularly challenging as I need to access my tax information promptly. Despite my attempts, I can't utilize the chat option as I can't log in. I believe the service provider should reconsider their verification methods. The current situation feels like a never-ending cycle, and I urgently require assistance to retrieve my [redacted] form. Hello, I represent a university that previously utilized a Stripe account for student payments. As we haven't accessed the account in a while, we are facing an issue with resetting the password. The 6-digit verification code required for the reset is being sent to a former employee's phone, as they were the one who initially set up the Stripe account. I'm new to Substack and planning to use it for my writing. After reading the terms of service, I have some questions: 1. Do I need a business checking account or license to work with Stripe via Substack? I am a sole proprietor working from home, expecting around [redacted] subscriptions at $5 each. 2. Can I use my upcoming Stripe account to accept other client payments, such as ACH transfers? How can I accept payments – online, via phone, or machinery swiping? 3. Hello, after multiple connections with different girls, I noticed that every time I logged in, there was always the same person listening to our conversations. It was supposed to be confidential, but this individual would intrude on the conversation, offering tokens generously and even passing judgments and saying inappropriate things that eventually frustrated me. I have been familiar with Stripchat for a few years now, and I must say that they have been stealing from you for quite some time. The individual's name on Stripchat is Purple Kevin, not to mention his business and the issues he has caused me. I believe I am not the only one facing this problem. This individual would also jump into the conversation, offer tokens excessively, and judge and say inappropriate things, which got on my nerves. I've known Stripchat for a few years, and I want to inform you that someone named Purple Kevin is stealing from you and causing issues. I am not the only one experiencing this. I received an email from Qwick regarding a pending payment that has not been resolved for weeks. I recently opened a Bank of America Checking Account, so I am unsure about any complications in resolving this issue. I can see that the payment amounting to $[redacted].30 with Payout ID po_1KzWiFPn2fDwDCttWzqnx5g3 was supposed to be posted on May 16, [redacted]. Sometimes it takes a few days for banks to process such transactions. If you do not see the payment in your bank account ending in [redacted] within 5 days of the expected date, it is best to contact your bank. I am Jennifer Goodman from Arkansas. I purchased an ice machine on 6/11/22 for $75.98. I received a confirmation email with the order number from ThenCart Limited to track my order. Order #57G8A-6E3194J. Tracking #LW[redacted]85CN. Despite several emails, I am being told my package was delivered on July 6th, [redacted], in Lake Mary, Florida, not Viola, Arkansas where I am located. I am frustrated by the lack of response and demand a refund. If this isn't resolved today, I will report them as fraud to the Better Business Bureau. I received an email notification this morning from Stripe indicating that they will be withholding 10% of my transactions due to my business being labeled as high risk for chargebacks. My business is in the hospitality industry, offering VIP experiences in Las Vegas. Our services include event planning, hosting, and catering tailored to our clients' specific needs. We charge fees for table bookings, with the benefit of securing better table placement through our club connections. We also provide expedited guest entry, ensuring our guests receive a true VIP experience without waiting in lines. I am uncertain why our business is considered high risk for chargebacks. However, shortly after being informed of the 10% withholding, I received another email stating that my account has been closed and now [redacted]% of transactions will be held. This sudden change has led to the cancellation of a payment I was expecting today, which is crucial for paying our hosts. I have seen instances of stolen tokens, drug use, and direct physical violence. There are concerns about Jessie Rey being under the influence and behaving violently, allegedly influenced by Purple Kevin. These drugs seem to be distributed through the studio using individuals employed by Purple Kevin. Additionally, my online activities have been monitored, and they mock me openly in bars with their intoxicated friends. I will be contacting the authorities promptly. However, the only response I receive from your support team is a generic message stating that the cardholders will receive their refunds in 5-6 days. This has been the status quo for two months now. I am with a company in Norway that uses Stripe for payments via a hotel system called Mews. Our previous manager left several months ago, and since March, we have been attempting to gain access to our Stripe account to get the funds deposited into our bank account. I have been attempting to update my phone number on Stripe for almost three weeks now. As a single mother to a 9-year-old, I rely on this money to provide shelter for us.
