I paid off my watercraft loan in ****. I never received the pink slip or release. What I discovered is the bank is still on title. * I sold the watercraft recently. I have made various phone calls to Synchrony starting in June, ****, and have gotten wrong info each time about the process of receiving release letters. Now they just say they can’t access my account because I suspect they are tired of my phone calls. * I need documentation to release me from my loan, so I can transfer title and be done with this. The title department has never answered their phone either, and that’s who I am supposed to be dealing with now. Please advise.
