I have an account with synchrony bank due to buying a new heater in my house, account number **** **** **** ****. This was set up for payments under my husbands name, Dennis Maynard. I, Joanne Hanson have been paying the bill each month, with the last one being on *-**-** for $***.**. I have been told that I am behind on my payments. I have not received a payment bill. I have been trying to make the payment on line to no avail and can't gets through to customer service on the phone. We left for a vacation, and I wanted to make the payment before we left but didn't get a bill. I don't want to pay a late payment or be charged interest on this bill.**Can you please see that this issue is taken care of ASAP. Sincerely, Joanne Hanson
